Room was musty smelly, old and outdated

Bathroom door wouldn’t close. The room itself just looked old and run down.

when checked in room stunk and was dirty refrigerater disqusting. went and asked for new room lady at desk was very nice and did give me a new room it was better. the motel itself is very run down. Needs alot of work. wont stay there again

This is where we stay when my son has appointments in Morgantown and they are always kind, courteous and very helpful. The free breakfast is always good.

Nothing really. The carpet smelled very bad, and there were no toiletries available in the room. When I asked the front desk about it, they said they had been out of them for about two weeks, but none of this information was disclosed before reserving the room.

The room had a very strong musty smell.

The location was great . We had family in the hospital and this was very convenient. The ac was to warm. The bathroom faucet was very difficult to use for a senior citizen.

The property itself is fine. It is what it is, and that’s a place to stay that is close to the WVU Hope Coliseum. I don’t think there is a closer, more accessible spot! We were there specifically for WVU youth sports camps, and I will never stay anywhere else! There is a Sheetz right across the street, and the Coliseum is maybe a bit over .5 miles straight down the road! The breakfast was good, maintained, and convenient including waffles (add some sprinkles for a special touch), sausage, and eggs. The thing that separates this hotel is the front desk staff, particularly James in the morning! He was always friendly, but he went above and beyond to help with an issue I had. I mean, seriously, beyond, beyond! It’s a bit outdated and dank, every single guest seems to smoke (so be prepared to go through a wall of smoke when you walk out the doors), but it was a fine value stay in spite of it!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff was beyond great! Our son was there for a surgery and they were so helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the pool was amazing!

Late night check in, helpful staff, clean facility, pet friendly!! Very helpful giving us breakfast snacks and tea/coffee for the road.
