The property is centrally located with free parking and a very professional and accommodating staff. Although the property is aging and could use some upgrades, it is a good value.

Nothing. The shower was dirty. The towels smelled. The sink was dirty. The beds were SUPER uncomfortable. There was a visible dent in the bed I slept in. The AC was at 60 and the room temp felt cold and never freezing. I didn't sleep at all that night because I was so uncomfortable. I didn't even care to stop and eat breakfast because I was ready to leave the hotel. Huge disappointment. I believe walls are now made paper thin at hotels. Heard everything happening in the hall and the rooms beside me. This was an awful stay.

Got to the hotel at 3:16 and was told my room was not ready but they would check another room and that room was not ready either. Came back at 5:00 and told our room was still not ready it was a man this time and I let him know I came earlier and the lady told me to come back in 30/40 minutes. So since we just got into town we decided to grab a bite to eat to give them plenty of time. Overheard them talking about a room not being able to be sold because of staining and glass on the carpet but was told someone was going to vacuum the room. I am still waiting here at 5:23 and told they think our room is ready and they are going to check. I was told they were sold out so it seems like these rooms were over sold. Finally at 5:30 our room was ready and we had to hurry and get ready so we could get to our concert. This was the worse check in process I have ever been through.

Stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton for nine nights and had a really good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, especially Adrian and Nate and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The kitchenette and extra space made it feel more like a home than a hotel. Great option if you need a longer stay or just want a little more room to relax. Would definitely stay again.

When there was a problem with my room the staff resolved my issue immediately! Bed needed more pillows

Convenient Nothing

Kitchen sink drained slowly. The kitchen table had no overhead lighting, so we were eating in shadows.

It was very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Weak water pressure

The staff was wonderful! The evening and overnight front desk staff were very apologetic for the uncleanliness of my room and hotel in general. They made the stay better with their upbeat personalities. It was not clean. I had to move rooms when we arrived because the bathroom was disgusting,, specifically the toilet and shower.

Only complaint was that the pool was under maintenance during our stay. Thankfully we could use the pool at the sister hotel, however with an infant and toddler it was a hassle to drive there so we only used the pool once when we were hoping to use it multiple times.

I liked my stay here. Nice & clean! Plenty of hot water in the shower & across the street from where my meetings were. Breakfast was ok. Free laundry!

it was so clean and and spacious, cute and honestly so much nicer and fancier than I expected for the price. It was very exciting to see how nice it was!!! stay for one night, but it was amazing pool was closed for maintenance, but that wasn’t their fault. it’s okay! Just how it happened. Still loved it though!

I was very pleased with our stay here. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the hotel and a nice swim in the warm indoor pool in the afternoon! Thank you to all the staff!

Not as expected.

Clean room & great staff

The hotel building and indoor facilities were clean and up to date.Staff were friendly and respectful even when handling 3 rowdy unattended kids. Breakfast surpassed my expectations. Some of the people that were seen going in and out of the hotel during my stay were questionable in their intentions of being there.The outdoor sitting areas definitely need upgrading and a thorough cleaning.No decorative images outside (only large flowerpots full of dirt and cigarette butts)cigarette butts all over the cement floor,dead leaves imbedded in the artificial turf.Outdoor pillows were stained and flat.Definitly time to throw them away.

We brought a dog and fir the start. The guy who checked us in was loud and animated. We put the dog on the reservation.. we were moved after first night, which was fine. The day guy was loud and referral deducted me loudly in front of 20 guest. About my dog. I told him I understand. He kept rolling his head and saying g arms. People around lobby looked uncomfortable. He was unprofessional and rude. I did not argue. Just told him that I understood. Noone could produce the forms to sign for the dog and told me it was 75.00 fine. Will still use your hotels just not this location. I realize my dog did bark and I was willing to leave, your rep did not need to be so animated and loud.
