Great place to stay! Roomy, convenient, clean and if you like showers with strong water pressure! They got it! Only thing was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. I hadnt planned on bringing any of those but good thing I did! Just too busy to ask the front desk for replacement bottles.

There were 3 TV's in the room we reserved, NONE of them worked at all. Adam at the front desk was very attentive and tried his best to help, but the HDMI cables were missing. This is something that should be checked in between guests when getting ready for a new guest. ADAM tried everything he could to help and of course maintainence was not available until the next day. We spoke with Natalie on day 2 and she assured us they would have it fixed for night 2. When we arrived back to the hotel on Saturday evening, Adam was there and verified that the TV's were working. And yes they were! So we want to thank ADAM for all of his help. HOWEVER, we did not have ANY working TV's for the first night and would like some compensation back.

It was enough room for my family It had hair in the freezer hair in the tub hair on one wash cloth we only three wash cloth in a three bedroom the icemaker didn’t work the dishwasher didn’t work

Our room was not cleaned when we got there. There was a drawer with small pieces of foil looking a little suspicious, along with some denture cream and a receipt for condoms. We asked to check out and get a refund, they said they’d refund the second night but didn’t. Would definitely never visit a WaterWalk again.

Dirty room pet fur in my beds it ended up all over my clothing. Mind you Im allergic so I was congested all night and so was my kid. I even requested to get a room on 1st floor no accommodation at all. Won't book here again.

Nothing. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. No A/C in rooms is crazy. Everyone who stays here doesn’t work. Not a working class hotel. It’s a place to crash when you are coming to Raleigh for a family reunion of 500 people. Don’t expect to sleep. Enjoy the stomping all night.

I loved everything.

First and foremost, I booked a 3 bedroom suite for two days at $341.00 and $100.00 deposit, I received notification that the 3 bedroom that I booked wasn’t available anymore due to the AC unit going out. I was accommodated with 2 other rooms instead which were disgusting and filthy in the living room area. The couches had horrible stains, extremely dirty as if the furniture was pickup off the side of road. The other room had a huge caved in dip on the floor that was covered with a table. My family was given keys to another room that had roaches. By now I’m super annoyed. Front desk gave us keys to more rooms, which had a guy sleeping in the bed which was super scary. Never in my life have I ever had such poor experience with a hotel. I deserve my money back after this traumatized experience traveling for my daughter’s wedding 5.4 hours and no other hotels had vacancies!!!

Exceptional

We were delighted with the hotel and the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. What a good choice.

The layout was great! Showers great! Kitchen area very nice. The mattresses were awful. And the sofa in living area was badly stained and needed cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay!!! Having a washer & dryer in the room made all the difference. Was able to relax & it felt like home. I booked my next step prior to leaving!!

I was not expecting the room to be the way it was. The washer and dryer inside of the room was a significant plus in my book. The kitchen area was clean and organized and I love the fact that it had a dishwasher with it. However, I would have liked to add a few more supplies than the trial sizes that were given. If I ever come back to Raleigh, this will definitely be the place I would stay.
