Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed numerous times at Sea Air and the rooms are always very clean. Staff is quick to accommodate any needs. The front desk personnel is very welcoming. One minor complaint would be the sitting chairs in the accessibility rooms. They are cute, but not sturdy for large adults. Better comfy chairs would be great. All in all, great hotel at the right price.

Perfect location! Everything was easy to walk to. Economical little room and had everything we needed.

Quiet spot, walking distance from EVERYTHING! Room is sparce and sort of generic/ cold feeling, but not uncomfortable. Bare laminate floors and cheap furniture. Parking lot is awful for anything but a small car.

Great ocean view and very comfortable beds. Strict rules about towels. The floors were super dirty and made my feet gross and I was afraid to clean my feet with the towels because there were notices in the bathroom that I could be charged to replace them. Very nice staff. Outside of the building could use some tlc. All in all a good stay

You’re right in the middle of all the Morro Bay activities, and getting around to the local antique stores is easy. The hotel is family-owned and operated, which makes the whole experience feel even more personal. Sometimes the sea lions can get a little aggressive in their excitement and are understandably noisy at times, but honestly, it wasn’t enough to make me not want to visit this hotel again. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Only complaint was the TV was a smart TV except you couldn't use it because a password had been set so access to apps and casting to the TV was blocked.

My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times, and we have always enjoyed the rooms and the property. The reason I gave 3 stars on one page was because we both love an ocean view, so in May, 2026, we,booked the upstairs partial ocean view king room. Room was as always clean, good sized and very comfortable bed. However, our mistake was deciding to stay upstairs. It was still sprinkling by the time we got there, and those straight cement steps were slippery. I’m disabled so it was really difficult for me, which means my husband had to carry everything upstairs by himself. That was our bad decision, however, those stairs could be very dangerous. We are staying again later this month, but downstairs this time. We do enjoy staying here, just not upstairs. Everyone, just be careful of those steps!
