very good hotel and staff

The location of the hotel is brilliant - close to the Super Morzine lift and close to the town centre to enjoy all the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they made a real effort for everyone to have both a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Breakfasts and the hot choices were lovely and the whole vibe of the hotel was friendly, relaxed and comfortable. Rooms are traditional alpine (a little basic) but have all that you need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and the whole hotel is warm and toasty. Key pad on the front door rather than a key is also great! Very minor thing - toilet brushes :-(

Everything was really nice and convenient - perfect location (close to everything), room, common areas. Self-check-in really easy and communication with the host quick. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Pleasant young people overseeing the running day to day operation. We were welcomed by two young girls. We saw two other men helping oiut in the kitchen but they never introduced themselves. Breakfast was ok ish. Bedroom was big and plenty of room for skiing. Room wasn't exactly clean - quite a lot of dust in bedroom. Toilet kept on filling but this got fixed by day three. The quilts were dreadful - really uncomfortable to sleep with. Every morning I awoke the quilt was out of the cover. For the money I really expected better bed linen. The breakfast was ok but pretty limited. Not fresh milk ( UHT) or orange juice ( just out off a carton). The evening cakes were ok but very basic and we saw they were put out straight after breakfast so they are sitting around all day for when we return. Never offered the 5 course meal but to be honest if the breakfast had anything to go by then I wouldn't of paid e55.00.

Basic accomodation, no frills. No tea or coffee facilities or TV in the room. Good breakfast offering and helpful staff, also the bed was very comfy Good location, about a 1 minute walk from the super Morzine cable car and a 10 minute walk from the Plenty lift. Very good communication from the owners and staff. All in all a comfy stay Very basic accomodation, no frills

Perfect central location near to the super Morzine ski lift. Contactless check in Clean The cooked breakfast was a bit overcooked.

Beautiful location and incredible staff that looked after everyone really well. Lovely breakfasts each morning. My room had a great view of the mountains, very clean and perfect for a little ski trip.

The two girls were always very pleasant and chatty and they did a good scrambled egg on toast for my breakfast. Mostly bread and croissants other than eggs for breakfast. I asked the boys for scrambled eggs on toast on our last morning and got a plate of over cooked scrambled eggs with some avocado. No sliced bread available that morning by the toaster.
