Beautifully finished clean and friendly staff. Good location too. Would prefer a shower or guard around bath so we can use shower piece.

One of the b st hotels that I have ever stayed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious in the evenings ( I can recommend the hanlfboard )the accomodations location was 2 min near the ski lifts, the facilities were great and the room was comfortable and great size. I would like to thank you for the owners and the staff that stay as it was perfect 1 week relax.

Clean, nice location, spa was good for relaxing. Even the sauna was warm and worked as expected. No way to dry wet ski clothes. There was a boots drier, but that didn't work. There were absolutely no common items in the hotel room: No pen, no glass, no corkscrew, no iron, nothing like that. No air condition.

Breakfast was ok. Good coffee machine, good pastries. The staff were on hand if you needed anything. Not a lot of choice. I understand that you could ask the hosts to cook for you at breakfast but this wasn't made clear if true. No decaf coffee. The serving time of 08:00 to 09:30 isn't the best if you're trying to catch the early lifts.

Pool and Spa area was nice after a day on the slopes. Energy saving light switches didn’t stay on long enough. Dark stairwell and corridors.
