Everything was perfect!

The location was really great, 5 minutes from both ski lifts and 1min from the main street and the shops. The hotel is very clean and cozy with delicious dinner and varied breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxing at every step, starting from the entrance. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and friendly, at the first request rushing to help and doing everything very quickly. The room was cleaned every day at a convenient time for me. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bed linen is very beautiful! Everything was excellent! I will definitely come back!

Beautiful, tasteful and comfortable rooms, right in the middle of town with a view over the square. Great breakfast and super friendly staff. Lovely to have dedicated parking for the hotel!

All the people at the front desk were exceptionally helpful to us. Our baggage was lost at the airport but they gladly made phone calls for us as we do not speak French. They even drove to a tech store 5 km away to purchase a SIM card for our phone. We are truly grateful for such outstanding service. Also, the hotel is beautiful with authentic wood interiors and decorating. Excellent breakfast!

The most central location possible, staff is super helpful and friendly, clean, air conditioning. I mostly liked staying there even though the negative part might be bigger than positive. Delicious omelette for breakfast I had the smallest room and IT IS REALLY SMALL approximately 2x5m including bathroom, so check carefully your reservation. The breakfast is very basic, everything is tasty but it might be not the buffet you're used to.

Fantastic stay. Very central location, delicious food, excellent staff, lovely rooms.

The hotel is very central in Morzine. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to obtain a single occupancy room, something that is unusual in a ski resort. For those who are interested, there are bookable spa facilities on the lower ground floor and an on-sight bar, named the 19.38, after the year the hotel was first opened. Whilst the breakfast menu was very good, with daily 'specials', the four course evening dinner was excellent and of gourmet standard. In short, Hotel Le Samoyede is a great place to stay. I have nothing to add as, from my perspective and requirements, the hotel provided everything I needed.

Fabulous hotel with amazing food in great location.

The breakfast staff were polite and the food was a great variety. The hotel receptionist was rude and sarcastic. I had to brace myself every time I interacted with her. The room was very noisy from early in the morning when the cleaning staff would start until late at night while music from the bar played. The hotel advertises as doing room service but it didn't. It also advertises spa facilities, but this was only available a few hours a day and was subject to it not being full. All in all, this was not a comfortable or welcoming place to stay. I spent a lot of money on the holiday and this hotel did not meet my needs. Would not recommend.

This hotel is exceptional. From the food to the amazing staff. The stay exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect for the slopes and shops. We are definitely returning to this hotel next trip.
