This is a family owned hotel and the owners are ever present and always available to see to the needs of every customer and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make everyone feel welcome and value all their customers. The hotel couldn’t bee in a better location in Morzine Only downside is that the rooms are fairly small which is typical for a ski hotel
