The hotel was just what we were looking for, friendly staff, large rooms, good parking and a lovely breakfast.

The staff were lovely, the room was a great size and was kept very clean. I really liked having a balcony and the view was great. Location wise, it was close enough - 10 or so minutes from gondola. The walls are very thin, you can hear absolutely everything that goes on next door. Unfortunately, there was a young group of lads in the room next door to me, that were up laughing and shouting till around 3am. I didn’t get much sleep. I tried to call reception but there was no answer. The walk back to the hotel is also up a pretty steep hill, so it can be tiring carrying your skis at the end of the day.

Nice breakfast would have liked the option of prepared fresh fruit and flat white or cappuccino coffee. Having to drag my heavy bag up to the top floor, using 5 flights of stairs.

It was very friendly. The breakfasts were really good with a wide variety of food. We didn’t have an evening meal but the other guests said the food was really really good. The rooms were lovely. Great views and really comfy bed. The walk into Morzine is about 10 mins. Most ski shops allow you to store your rental stuff at their shop overnight so there is no lugging it about. Nothing. If we’re ever in Morzine I will try to come back.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel shuttle to ski lift was really handy, and breakfast was great. Very good value for money. Unfortunately our bed wasn't very comfortable and the room didn't have much light.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing Was too much trouble. Bed was 2 together and one was slightly higher than the other which made it a little uncomfortable.
