A lovely gem in the beautiful holiday village of Morzine. Room was comfortable and spacious, mountain view - absolutely gorgeous and the spa was this little extra that made the stay especially great. Friendly, gentle and accommodating staff. Will be surely coming back!

Everything - transport links to ski resorts was great, location far enough away from the nightlife noise but close enough to walk (both before and after drinks). Staff were great, rooms were great for our purposes (clean and modern), facilities were great (fantastic to have sauna / steam room after a day on the slopes). I'll be looking to come back for a MTB trip, and possible return next year for a 2nd Snowboard trip.

Excellent hotel for a ladies' getaway or family weekend away in the mountains. The family suite is spacious, comfy, had amazing views and chalet style decor with friendly hotel staff and spa and pool access. While it made for a quiet peaceful stay, the hotel is situated a good 10-15 minute walk from the center of town so if you have no car, other hotels are more central.

The bed and room were very comfortable and clean My stay was only 1 night and for that I feel it was very expensive (though was all that was available when I booked). The room was pleasant but not luxury for the price, breakfast is added on top and also fairly expensive (though quite a lot of options). Kettle in my room was broken. I arrived later at night and was leaving the next morning so was unable to make the most of facilities as the pool/spa is not open until the afternoon. Would have felt better value for money for a longer stay, or if the facilities were all open.

Wish swimming pool and spa were open all day instead of from 4pm.

Loved everything from the food to the spa and view and convenience for the bus etc. 1 thing i will say is the water in spa is a danger and needs resolving before someone hurts themselves

2 couples staying and we enjoyed our stay. I would have liked access to spa in morning or afternoon. I feel breakfast could have been included in the price. Staff were very nice and welcoming!
