Home from home atmosphere the hotel is exceptional, new indoor pool area there is a steam room which you need after skiing all day. 5 mins walk to pleney lift 10-15 mins walk to super morzine. We stayed bed and breakfast and ate one night in the hotel which was delicious. Family run hotel who had all the knowledge and links you need to have a wonderful holiday, lift passes can be bought at the hotel and you get a discount if using felix ski for hire of ski equipment , the staff in there were wonderful too. We highly recommend this hotel Nothing the hotel was perfect

The hotel is very modern and stylish also it is extremely clean and tidy! We love the facilities that it has to offer including the pool and hot tubs. The rooms were very comfortable and with a great views, we found the location perfect as it’s easy accessible to the town. We found all the staff very friendly and pleasant. They have recently done a lot of work including a new swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise! All in all a very lovely and highly recommended hotel. Only thing I’d say is if the pool opened earlier in the morning for a swim.

Staff were great The smell from the real fire was strong. I think they need to clean the chimney.

Pretty much everything! Especially the bar area, probably the cosiest and welcoming bar I’ve ever been to in the Alps. Twin beds felt very small

A beautiful family run hotel. The room was lovely and cozy. Food was fabulous. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to the lovely family that run the hotel. We will definitely return

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff Nothing

Attractively designed room. Good bathroom. Pleasant bar area. Nice solarium. Too many little compromises for real comfort. The shower was at an awkward angle, the balcony furniture didn’t fit or allow for a view if you were sat on it. The indoor spa pool was rather cold.

Very nice chalet-style hotel, great facilities, excellent breakfast, very helpful and kind staff (e.g. were flexible to arrange for us a breakfast table in the bar rather than the restaurant so that we could be with our dog). It was really a pleasure to stay there and will certainly come back. The small toilet room and shower room, without ventilation.

Loved the property, the dog was very cute. Nothing, although it says air con and there did not appear to be any

Excellent location and the hotel felt like home away from home. It had such a relaxed vibe to it and staff were very attentive and available but not in your face. Rooms were spacious and yet very cosy. The garden and pool area was fabulous and at certain times in the day it was very quiet . We enjoyed sitting in the garden to enjoy a pre dinner drink. Nothing to dislike. It was a bit warm when we were there so maybe a fan in the room for the hotter nights.
