FairBridge Inn & Suites Moscow/Pullman

It was 98 degrees outside and the a/c in our room was basically non-existent. It had to have been at least 85 inside even after we turned on the in-room unit. The hotel hallway was cooler than our room so we left our door open for an hour in the evening while we tried to get it to cool off. Their breakfast also wasn't great with only a few offerings.

The hotel smells funny and the rooms smell musty. The bathrooms were not bad but there wasn’t any bathroom fans that worked. The free breakfast was the same every morning. It looked like the gravy had been reheated in the same crockpot every day. To pay over $1000 for 4 nights in a $70 a night hotel don’t sit well with me. I guess that’s how the hotel business is but, REALLY? Would I stay there again? NO.

Would not recommend! We did not feel safe. It is old and dirty and walls are paper thin. There is no elevator and people hanging around outside in the dark smoking. Police had to be called on another room for fighting. The staff were the only thing nice about this place. Checked out and moved to a different hotel.

$275 nightly for a dump just because it's move in weekend at U of Idaho. How does Moscow get away with this. Terrible

Keeley (might not be spelling that right) was the best part of our stay. Decent location. Close to campus. No elevator - 3 floors with luggage was terrible. Breakfast was not good - coffee - not good. Cost was insane for what it was. Stay elsewhere if you can.

Blankets were dirty with mystery substances and bad odor in room.

Clean and comfortable room...hot coffee and good breakfast. Will stay again!

Price good for a Friday night on WSU move-in weekend, clean, very quiet, nice staff Bed okay only complaint was a pillow that was like a rock. Breakfast was meh, okay for what was offered

Location Carpets were filthy

The AC was loud and clunky, the bed harder then a rock, stains on the carpet chair had a tear in the foot rest, trash on the floor in the bathroom. TV did not work remote wouldn't turn it on nor the box even though it had power. Will not stay again ever.

I had an auto accident that prevented me from traveling when i had planned. I called the staff and the manager heartlessly said i had to pay for my reservation didnt matter i had no vehicle, hand and back was broken. I used to like fairview and stayed there often. If they are this cheap and without understanding about emegiences, never again. And I will spread the word.

The overall experience met our expectations. Thank you for a great stay.

Breakfast was very simple, waffles, fruit, cereal. Room was clean and everything worked, except the bedside lamp. Room and bathroom size is limited. There is no closet. The breakfast is fine for a cheap stay; but otherwise below par.

My room was filthy. Crumbs, sticky food left in drawers. Nose ring left on lamp. Booger on the wall. The phone was disgusting, only reason I used it was to call front desk to tell them the shower wouldn’t drain and the water was brown. Manager was supposed to reach out to me today and they didn’t contact me and they are avoiding me. Very disappointed!
