Monarch Motel

We love the Monarch. We stay there every time we come to Moscow. Pet friendly, nice rooms and excellent location.

Nice clean room. Air conditioner was a little temperamental but it worked fine. Perfect for a quick stay.

This was our second stay at the Monarch and both were wonderful! The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and the location is great! We were downstairs this time and we could hear the people above us walking around in the morning, but other than that the stay was quiet.

The Monarch motel was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The property is unique and has character that made it stand out. Location was great to getting to everything you might need. Would stay here most definitely again.

The room was clean and check in and out was very easy.

Given we were visiting during the summer season, so it was not as noisy/busy as it would be during the academic year, but we found the location and noise level to be very enjoyable. Once we arrived, we did not move our car until we left. The staff were very kind and prompt in helping. During checkout, they found that we left a water bottle, and held it at the front desk for us to come back and get, which was very kind! The property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable (the frame was a little noisy though). The temperature of the room was also great! When it was too warm or needed a break, the room was a short walk away to cool off.

The internet connection was poor, and for some reason we had flies in the room. The room had no outlets to connect my laptop or extra charger. The AC was also very loud and took a while to cool the room. Other than that room was very clean.

There was no elevator. Our room overlooked dumpsters. It was very cramped settings and the pictures on site were very misleading….rooms appeared much larger in pictures.

Great hotel would definitely recommend! Such a well designed and comfortable place to stay. Close to everything. The bed was a not as comfortable as we would have liked. But everything else was fantastic!!
