There were two of us, staying for just one night, and it was one of the best staying experiences we've had. The staff were the best we've encountered, and we travel a lot, across Europe, the US, and Asia. The service here felt like a different level entirely, similar to how genuinely friendly and engaged staff at Trader Joe's can be. At every stage, checking in, checking out, and during breakfast, every person seemed energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. Breakfast was excellent too, with a huge variety and plenty of vegetarian options. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Mostar, within walking distance of the famous bridge. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with stylish decor. n/a

Customer service was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. We have traveled to many places and this one of the the best experience my family and I have had. Location could not be better. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was a usual buffet style. Over all it was an A+ experience.

The property was exactly as the pictures show - a beautiful stone structure nestled within the old town of Mostar. We loved being able to walk the town in the morning and evening when all of the tour buses were gone. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. I cried the moment I stepped into the property because the location is so precious. S ljubavlju i zahvalnošću!

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by sending staff with coins to help us pay for street parking also offered a private lot. They hauled our luggage up the 4 flights and down the next day. They gave advice regarding food options not just pushing their own restaurant. The buffet breakfast included in the price was amazing. The room was spacious and furnished well. The location was perfect right in old town next to the crooked bridge. Highly recommend if you only have short time in Mostar everything at your fingertips. Water pressure if you have thick hair do not plan on washing it. The AC could have been a tad cooler but it was July and 34 degrees so not entirely their fault. Also could invest in better towels but as stated their incredibly staff makes up for all!

The property was in the heart of old town with a beautiful view from the terrace Parking is a little tricky at first. Sending a Google map link to the suggested parking lot would be helpful

Staff was so welcoming! Made you feel at home from the moment of check-in with a refreshing drink and snack to a departing gift. They took the time to set up an evening viewing area for the World Cup, helped carry bags to the room had wonderful recommendations. Rooms were very comfortable - lovely view of the bridge and delightful balcony to enjoy the breeze and view on the evening.

The location was perfect, the breakfast bread in the morning was very nice. We got the superior room with the balcony view, which was beautiful. I want to give a big shout out to all of the young gentlemen that helped us up upon arrival with our bags and greeting us. The service was exceptional and also to all of the ladies in the morning during breakfast time they were just so sweet and so delightful. I wanted to book a spa day and there was no availability, but they recommended me to a nearby place which was amazing and unforgettable. Thank you all for the amazing hospitality and treatment - the girl with the yellow outfit ? Nothing. All was great.

The location and the staff were amazing! A blackout curtain to cover the light coming in from the door would have made a huge difference.
