A great place to live. The staff was comparative especially Break Fast Fantastic. But rooms are very small with no space for movement.

The entire staff is excellent from reception, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff. Each one was friendly and eager to assist in any way.

The location is hard to beat — right on the main pedestrian street and only a short walk from the famous Old Bridge. Despite being in the middle of the historic center, our room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and everything was clean and well maintained. But the real star of our stay was the breakfast. Simply outstanding! The selection, quality, and presentation were exceptional and gave us enough energy for a full day of sightseeing. It was one of those breakfasts that practically launches you to the moon. If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel with a perfect location, quiet rooms, and an unforgettable breakfast, Hotel Emen is an easy recommendation. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent location There is no elevator and hot water is limited

The location is unbeatable and the room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering how central the location is. We arrived early and were permitted to check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was large and very fun, with all the options.

Exceptional location and great restaurant!

Very close to the famous bridge in Mostar and literally walking distance. The staff are very warm, friendly and kind! The restaurant is just below the hotel and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here! Lovely place!

Very noisy at night bar had live music very loud partying until 12am couldn’t sleep lots of stairs no elevator

The staff was incredibly gracious throughout our stay. The size of the room, while small, had nice amenities, including a sofa so we didn't have to sit on the bed, which was comfortable for sleeping and we had a great location near the old bridge and the winding streets of merchants. The shower was a bit of a challenge as it didn't have a door, but we managed. Also, the noise level along the road was quite high until well past 10:00, even with the windows closed.

Great location, easy paid parking half a block from the hotel. Very nice, accomodating staff. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Room was on the small side

The location right in the old city was very nice, and it was quiet too (although it was not the time of the year to open windows). The breakfast was very nice, although not a buffet, so you take what they serve (lots of eggs). We could leave our bags at the desk after check out to pick up later. Staff was helpful, and willing to recommend arrange tours, but unfortunately, we were not staying long enough. It was difficult to figure out how the shower worked, and it leaked a little, but when we reported that, the staff seemed concerned and would get it fixed. (We only stayed one night).

Location is within the Old Town. Easy to reach by taxi from the train station. Staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Special shout out to Omar for showing us the iconic places outside the Old town. Wifi connection is weak in our room at the 2nd floor. Flight of stairs is manageable as the hotel staff offers help in carrying our luggage.

Nice location in the heart of the historic district. The rooms were good and the restaurant was nice. Conveniently located on the bazaar street to the famous old bridge. The WiFi was a challenge with poor connectivity and weak signals.
