Excellent breakfast. Needed eggs though. Dinner buffet looked very nice but we did not visit it... this time.

Breakfast was beyond my expectations. It was wonderful with lots of varieties, including Okinawan food.

nothing!

Expensive rental kitchen utensils and parking

The location, pool, and common areas off the lobby are nice. and the staff was kind and helpful. The towels and bedding looked clean. The room was so dated and it smelled, and not something you can cover up with room spray. The tatami room smelled of a birds. I had to check out after one night. the floors, walls and ceilings were stained and peeling. The railings are chipping. The parking was a fee. The bathroom was ancient. Everything needs an update, but the smell is by far the worst. The kind that makes you consider throwing out your clothes.

The outdoor pool, indoor pool and Onsen, were fantastic. The hotel is quite rundown, needs an upgrade and a paint job. The bedside table I'm pretty sure was made before I was born! Would have been very high tech in the 80s. We got a pretty good deal for the nights we were there but if I had paid the standard rate I would have been pretty disappointed. Staff were friendly tho and it was a good location to explore the north of the island. Food court across the road was very convenient as well as the free parking a short walk from the hotel. Shared facilities were great. (Pools and Onsen)

Breakfast and onsen were nice Hotel was old

A great location for the aquarium and time at the beach. Nice shops right next door. Good connections via hotel shuttle and express busses. A real downside is the travel time from the airport. Not the hotel's fault of course. The hotel's paint job and finishings have seen better days. We felt the spacious room and the two pools plus public bath were absolutely good value for money. A+ in that regard.

Very clean. Pools and pool staff were amazing! Gave our boys a ball to play with. Friday night buffet was good. Didn’t care for Saturday as much but nice that they switch it up. The area itself doesn’t have a lot to offer in the off season. Not related to the property but just to note.

Upon arrival early in the morning, I asked to be upgraded to a room with the absolute best view, and to get early check-in. I was given a reasonable price, and I was veeeery happy with my decision. We got the room in the middle on the top floor with the breathtaking view of the sundown. Unfortunately we only stayed for two nights, but it was a very nice hotel. It was obvious that the facilities were of an older date, but I really enjoyed the stay. I had my kid with me and we were offered a lot of good quality amenities, including amazing hair and body products as well as matching pyjamas, which we enjoyed so much! The hotel was very kid-friendly. The family bathroom was amazing after a long day with adventure, and we bought some fun bath bombs in the hotel shop, which also had toys, beach wear and souvenirs. A tip: if you are going to the beach at the Bisezaki, i recommend that you buy some beach shoes in the shop. The breakfast was okay, and there was a great variety and a lot of options. The staff was very kind, and helped us with whatever we needed. There were some flying bugs in the bathroom by the light in the upper corner, and i spotted a few silverfish in the toilet room. The mattresses on the beds were a bit to hard for us.

Passable

Good buffet spread for breakfast. Very good location if you are planning to visit the Churaumi Aquarium , about 10 minutes drive away from the hotel. We stayed in the older block. Rooms look tired, can do with a refurbishment. Pillows were very flat, not comfortable at all.

The facilities are so nice. Indoor pool was heated and outdoor pool is super nice. They also have kids pool. I really liked the bath house/Spa in this hotel. The food for breakfast and dinner are superb. ?? The rooms were outdated. They need to renovate it to look new. I wasn’t fun of tatami rooms. The bathtub is also stuck up.

Onsen was very nice- lined with rocks and felt very private. Dinner and breakfast buffet was good. Indoor pool was nice and warm. Rooms were large and we loved the tatami mat area. The heater was set to 24*C and could not be changed. We opened the bathroom windows to help with the heat. Luckily no bugs or animals came in. (The rooms face out; not in an enclosed hallway). We asked to see the price for late checkout (1hr) and was quoted 6000¥. Other hotels charge maybe 2000¥ total per hour max When we came to check in, there was no employee to greet or help with bags or directions. Husband dropped us off with bags as he went looking for parking. Signage for the buffet was hard to find. We actually left the hotel trying to find it.

Good value for money. It’s close to a lot of attractions and coffee shops and some restaurants. The place is decently priced however, We just had a somewhat unhappy incident while checking in, the staff gave me a smirk and was cutting me off when i was trying to ask her something. It threw me off guard cause we’ve been getting great customer service here in japan. Except that incident.

Great location, nice public hot bath in the hotel The beds are rock hard, huge room but no furniture, old hotel
