I had two reservations. The first one was not clean. There were items from a previous stay left over. The shower handle did not work. It just kept spinning with no water coming out.

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and housekeeping did a great job. The omelet contained pork, but that wasn’t indicated, so I had to ask staff about it. They were very helpful, but clearer labeling and more egg options would be appreciated. The boiled eggs also weren’t peeled. The elevators were painfully slow during my stay, which was frustrating at times.

Also on bad list is hallways and elevators extremely hot and humid !!!why ?? Elevators verrrry slow Why do u limit the part of what did u not like @hotel ?? Hmmm breakfast was POOR !!potatoes cold sausage was horrible. Bathroom had broken tiles and we wonder @mold etc. Eggs and potato’s and sausage (?) HORRIBLE. No luggage carts available for over an hr i??then found one loaded with luggage sitting at front desk over an hr. We needed one ! Horribly hot in hallways

Beds were clean and comfortable; shower was very nice. Heavy sliding door in handicapped accessible room with inside door handle broken at one end. Only one chair in room. Strong perfumed smell to room. Two urns of coffee empty during breakfast. Would be nice to have some type of nightlight so that bathroom lights don’t have to be both on during the night.

The linens need to be retired; frayed towels and worn sheets seem to reflect the ho-hum attitude of staff and management. Overall a safe and convenient location for a short stay, but far from the gleaming experience represented in the Hilton brand.
