Springhill Suites Mount Laurel

The staff was very nice and helpful. I can tell there must have been a management change in the last year as the staff seemed much more professional vs. past stays. Everything was fine with our rom. I don’t really eat the breakfast but I can tell you it was very busy and they kept the area clean and stocked

The staff was nice Our room was old and did not feel very clean. We had a cooling/heating unit that sounded like I was in the belly of an airplane All night long. I could not sleep. I felt this Marriott certainly needs a large uopgrade and was not representative of the Marriot quality that I have known.

Rooms were very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was very small and crowded.

Only surroundings of hotel Front desk officers were really rude attitude !! They were doing discrimination as we are Indians. When we clarify something from them as if we are requesting something from them !! We requested house cleaning they neglected and we had to request late night at least change bath towels

Property was clean. Did not provide the amount of towels needs for everyone staying, when asking a staff they said they had no more. Pool water was really cold children couldn't really swim.refrigerator did not keep anything cold as well as the coffee maker did not work in the room at all.

Lots of free parking. Really nice free breakfast with 3 hot entrees, oatmeal etc. every morning. Excellent staff who are kind and helpful. Great restaurant Anthony s coal fired pizza across parking lot. Some minor maintenance issues in room were encountered and hotel allows pets.

The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff were as helpful as possible. One drawback was the pictures, (on expedia), showed walk-in showers with low thresholds. Instead, I was told that was incorrect and all the rooms have tubs. Not great for a gal with a brace on her leg. Otherwise it was a very great place to stay.
