I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in this place. I was so disappointed. You couldn’t even walk into the building at any given hour. You couldn’t have access to a vending machine. You had no access to any local maps nor did you really speak to anybody. I felt like I was in a prison given money for commensary to somebody. There was no bathroom door. It was a big solid wood sliding door that you couldn’t even close all the way let alone open it. The whole place smelled like urine. I found cockroach traps all over the room. The absolute worst place I have ever spent. Never again.

Room completely should be repaired

Husband got locked in the bathroom. Dresser was grimy. One lightbulb was out. Sink was not clean. Door to the bathroom needed painting. It was plastered but not painted. Ditto on the bathroom. Someone stole the coffee maker.

Dirty poorly maintained needs cleaned, painted and repaired
-
Everything Was really filthy flies everywhere nothing was clean
-
Hair and rust in the bathrooms
-
That said, I do want to highlight that the front desk staff, was very helpful and responsive in arranging the refund for the unused nights, which we appreciated.

The place was a dump I will never return to this hotel or advise others to go to it.The room was damp mold on one wall , mold in the shower, light switches not working bugs dead on the floor, light switch loose not working. They never came to change my sheets the sheet on the bed mattress had stains. These are very fixable things but I for one will never return I like the price but you get what you paid for.

Nothing Nothing

Nothing The housekeeping never offered to clean the room, provide new towels, and did not understand any English. Each room had damages: broken dresser drawers, broken fan in bathroom, rooms were not cleaned properly, housekeeping only knocks on the door when it’s time for you to checkout, had to go to front desk numerous times to have keys remade, had to go to front desk to get towels that weren’t always available, no rules about how housekeeping works (leave wastebaskets outside the door, leave dirty towels outside the door), some lamps didn’t work, mold in the tub.
-
Location only The room was not up to standards. I have worked for Opryland Hotel for 5 years. This is the nastiest room I ever seen . They need to shut it down and remodel

It’s absolutely disgusting and unsanitary roaches running around everywhere. The bathroom smells like a porter potty from the time you walk-in until the time you leave.
-
Rooms have been smoked in. Graffiti inside rooms on doors, light switches, walls. Rooms overall are dirty with cockroachs, dirty towls from previous guests.

It was cheap, and now I know why. With the World Cup in town, there weren't a lot of choices for hotels. The two dressers in the room were both broken and/or missing drawers altogether. We went to use the shower in the morning and it seemed like there was no water in the shower. We later learned that you just had to pull REALLY HARD on the handle to get the water to turn on. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up without holding it. The toilet paper holder was only about a foot above the floor. The towel bar for the sink was missing and it looked like it had been ripped off the wall. There is a cannabis dispensary that shares the parking lot, and two others within 200 yards of the motel. Constant traffic to those dispensaries.
