The Westin Mount Laurel

We were there with a group of 30 parents/kids - rooms were clean & as advertised.

The room was clean and obviously there was attention to details with the little touches like tissue designs. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room just had an unusual Oder and the rug needs replacing. Staff were amazingly attentive and responsive.

3rd Stay, My only choice when in the area.

Very nice hotel. Used to stay in the Westin in Chicago for work a lot. Very upscale hotel. Great vibes. Little expensive but worth it.

Hood for an overnight or short stay. Staff was very nice.

Wonderful stay as usual. We always stay here when in the Philadelphia area for the clean, well maintained rooms and property, great breakfast and staff. We always love to see GiGi!

pool wasn't great, but not bad

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was very tasty.

Bedding and mattress always deliver an awesome night’s sleep. our bartender, was also fantastic. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful too

The bathroom shower didn’t have cool or cold water, paint was peeling from the ceiling, rooms were outdated and in need of a major renovation.

Good customer service

Convenient location to Philadelphia, staff was friendly and accommodating. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had, they even had juice shots and the waffles were amazing! Having to change rooms due to leaky shower. Rooms could use some new furniture.

Common areas - the lobby and commercial areas were very nice - restaurant looked nice. Front desk was helpful. Air conditioning was good - responsive and not too forceful or chilled. Housekeeping was a bit lacking - stains on carpet (of the *2* rooms we saw); lighting is abysmal (don't plan on working unless on a screen!); nice side mirror nearly fell off in my hands - and was hiding a nasty black stain; and the first room we saw was OVERWHELMED with perfume - such that we had to wash the clothes we stood there for 5 minutes in!!! We were charged for $30 breakfast (due to having to arrive at our appointments in fasting state) even though I sent email prior (to so-called manager? no response) AND mentioned to front desk w ho said "Ok no problem"). Only noticed when hubby checked his credit card! Phone call result "no one is in who can help due to holiday weekend (this was a WEDnesday). So no, we probably won't stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel for business or personal use. Rooms were clean and spacious. We selected the breakfast package and the staff running the restaurant was pleasant and gave excellent customer service.
