Great staff and very clean room!! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

The hotel and room were clean. I just had to clean the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the bathroom sink and then spray it down with Lysol. This should be a standard cleaning routine by the housekeeping crew. The outdoor pool was a great amenity as we used it when the beach at Sullivan Island was too windy. We also used the washer and dryer in the hotel which was a great amenity as well. Staff were friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't get breakfast as we drove to the nearest Dunkin for coffee. Parking lot was convenient and was inclusive for self parking.

Check-in wasn’t as easy it should since digital key was made to be available but what require front desk id check. Plus the digital key never worked and require a physical key. Annoying and the door lock went dead which require a battery swap from maintenance. Pool is smaller than most and trash and cups from previous days was still evident meaning they don’t pickup or clean outside. Room was good and clean. Didn’t offer cookies until I asked at check in.

Clean room and helpful staff,

It wasn’t as clean as I expected for the price I paid. There’s so much crumbs on the floor and elevators. Staff were somewhat good but not the best.

They tried to charge my card for breakfasts we never had and there were room charges for food items we never purchased. We could have stayed at a few other hotels in the area at a better cost and free breakfast!

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site. However, the restaurant was closed during our stay. Also, we were excited to try the complementary breakfast of which this was non-existent. If you wanted breakfast it was a $15 charge. I am not a fan of false advertising, therfore, wanted to voice my disappointment.
