Only one fella checking folks in and it was pretty busy. Otherwise great place.

The room was fairly nice and clean and the property was close to a lot of things. Very shortly after checking in we were in the room getting ready and a hotel staff member opened our door with a key card. They quickly apologized and said their system was down and they needed to check and see if the room was available. Very concerning and awkward.

We would stay there again.

Great hotel. Convenient to everything.

Hotel is very nice. Close proximity to downtown Charleston without the traffic of downtown Charleston. You can be at a beach in minutes. My only quarrel is paying for breakfast? For the price of the room, I believe breakfast could be included, but that has no bearing on the performance of the staff, and the overall quality of the stay provided. Very nice staff.

The hotel and room were clean. I just had to clean the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the bathroom sink and then spray it down with Lysol. This should be a standard cleaning routine by the housekeeping crew. The outdoor pool was a great amenity as we used it when the beach at Sullivan Island was too windy. We also used the washer and dryer in the hotel which was a great amenity as well. Staff were friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't get breakfast as we drove to the nearest Dunkin for coffee. Parking lot was convenient and was inclusive for self parking.

Check-in wasn’t as easy it should since digital key was made to be available but what require front desk id check. Plus the digital key never worked and require a physical key. Annoying and the door lock went dead which require a battery swap from maintenance. Pool is smaller than most and trash and cups from previous days was still evident meaning they don’t pickup or clean outside. Room was good and clean. Didn’t offer cookies until I asked at check in.
