Atmosphere and staff Bed was broken, water pressure was too low, rooms need to be updated, and fresh coat of paint is badly needed. Menus definitely needs to be updated. Dining room bathrooms needs be repaired.

The property was unkept, grass not cut, weeds growing in the gutters, the room smelled liked no one has been in there for weeks, both the pool and tub had glaze peeling, the pool also looked dirty. The walls were dirty, ceiling tiles stained, carpet stains, spider webs on the air conditioner vents, the bedding looked old, this was just an awful experience.

So the room was clean but the A/C wasn’t getting the room cold. The hot tub in the room had hot water the first night second night no hot water in the hot tub & bathroom shower lost hot water drain was clogged.the mini pool in the room had this soap scum build up around the entire pool. Let staff know at check out about the problems that happened and her words are are you should have called front desk yesterday. A simple I’m sorry about the problem you where having would have been nice not you should have called yesterday 3.5 out of 5

Love Liz and Suhey at the front desk. Everyone from the gift shop to the bar was welcoming and helpful the entire time. Its a bit outdated and corney but I think if you give it a chance you'll have a blast.

The room was amazing my wife loved the pool and jacuzzi in the room. Staff was amazing the roses I ordered was placed with no issue. All the activity was amazing and it was a great place for me and the wife to reconnect and focus on us.

Rooms were very clean but outside the property is in need of some work. One of the front desk staff agents was very unprofessional. Outdoor pool was closed upon arrival was never informed that there was an inside pool that was able to be utilized. Wasn’t aware there was an indoor pool until the day of check out.

After my check in we went to our room the bolt toilet was dirty with dry stools from previous guest . The private pool in the room was very cold, there was a bad smell in the bathroom I was so disappointed . The pool area in the room was filled with dust and the carpet was ripped, the steps to get in the pool was covered with rust. We will never go back again.

It was an excellent stay but we needed more activities and restaurants options so we had to dine in at Mount Airy restaurants.
