Hotel was beautiful. Bed kinda soft. But we like firmer. Pool was very loud with all the white noise. Everything running. Waterfalls, air system etc. great prices. Delicious food. Kitchen staff slow after ordering. Took long time to get food. Casino extremely Smokey. Stale smoke smell burned your eyes. But those things are all fixable. We will definitely be back. Thank you Smoking!! smoke smell

Everything It’s literally a maze

Everything was prefect, celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary and was so happy with our stay. It started with Micheal from the hotel registrations, his attitude and customer service was so on point, so friendly and helpful, surprise to find out he has been there for a little less than a year felt like he has been there forever. Our next stop was ours rooms, I had 2 rooms, they were beautiful and so clean, next stop the restaurant, well that could have been better, service was good but the food was poorly plated, maybe it was because it was crowded, but being a Guy Fieri restaurant thought it will be better and the floor where slippery and dirty, again maybe it is because it is 24hrs and they don’t get to keep it clean. Next stop the pool which was awesome, nice and spacious and clean, and check out was great once again Micheal was great and valet was quick. Back to NY but we definitely will be back.

Nice as any

We stayed for the pool, didn’t visit the casino but now we know the hotel is extremely focused on the casino. The lobby & hallways smelled of smoke from the casino, our room didn’t but we were on the 4th floor the whole way at the end of the hall. I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have a fridge for personal use because they’re a weighted minibar. The pool is nice but very cold. We went in August but I still thought it would be a little heated. I also didn’t realize the jacuzzi on the sides of the pool weren’t heated. The floor around the pool is extremely slippy, though they do have workers constantly using the squeegee on it. The bar at the pool is nice but of course pricey. We visited multiple restaurants on the casino floor and were disappointed. Not only were they really expensive, the taste and quality were terrible at the 4 different ones we tried, even the coffee shop wasn’t good. Overall, our stay was fine. The room prices were good but they get you with the room fee, food & drink prices. We had an okay stay but we won’t be back.

Easy access to onsite restaurants and amenities! Smoking is allowed in the casino area. No consideration for people with underlying health conditions!

I loved it. Everybody was friendly and nice also every single corned was clean ❤️

Enjoyed the spa services which were amazing.

The property is beautiful and our room was lovely. However there was a huge line for the valet which was the way to check in. There were no bellmen or luggage racks around and of course our room was one of the furthest away. Checkin was friendly but I had to ask for water and coffee coupons which had just been offered to the guests in front of us. The Casino had a wide variety of games and price points so if that’s what you’re going for you should enjoy it. We ate at the Asian restaurant and while service was fast it wasn’t friendly and the food was ok, not great but not bad. The pool area was a highlight.

The resort was amazing as usual but I just have the compliment the staff. Like wow. Every interaction was so kind and felt really genuine. Whatever the managers and owners are doing to keep such a great environment, definitely keep it up.
