The staff was one of my favorite parts—they were incredibly nice, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel was also quiet, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. You can really tell that they care about their guests and pay attention to the little details. Other than the shower setting off the fire alarm and scaring us half to death our stay was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Amenities were lovely.

The hotel it self is very clean the staff are very respectful and welcoming from the butler to the cleaning crew love them down the pool was perfect warm although it was raining I was still in there perfect 10 out of 10..

An oasis! A great weekend getaway! A resort atmosphere only two hours away from home! Beautiful room, beautiful pool (indoor/outdoor) with restaurant. —-Can get crowded. The staff is diverse, professional and friendly/welcoming!! Go! You won’t be sorry!

An excellent choice for a quiet getaway. Nicely decorated clean rooms close to many Pocono attractions. Great service, especially Sylvester who checked us in at 10:30 pm. Would by my choice to come back again!

The swift water is a top notch place. Rooms are gorgeous. Stayed in a club level room and access to the club with a lifesaver. Beautiful breakfast every morning hors d’oeuvres twice a day, including sushi, alcohol unlimited soda, beer, wine, water juice you name it they had it snacks galore well worth it. Excellent air conditioning beautiful TV view the pool outstanding lounge, chairs waitress service. It’s like being on a cruise with all the amenities, which is rare in the Poconos ate at the restaurant on site the Olivet and it was impeccable. Service was flawless. I can’t say enough about this property. It was well worth it beautiful relaxing, classy clean. I’ll be back.

Most of the people that work there is very nice. I like the fact that they greet you at your car before you come into the hotel. The hospitality was good. The room was dirty. The amenities in the room didn’t work the steamer as well as the air conditioner was turning off all night. Wasn’t enough towels and washcloths in the room. Neighbors was very noisy.
