Very good place to visite

The property is very awesome but it got very pricey including paying for parking for the number of days of the stay. Was a $25.00 charge per day just to park and parking was first come not by room number . Staff was very helpful.

It was an ok stay but on a Saturday evening, the social outdoor area was closed leaving e eryome disappointed. They said because of bad weather but there was no bad weather, it was beautiful that evening. It rained later, closer to midnight. We wasted a good evening doing nothing and the kids, including my child were very disappointed and crying. Won't be staying here again.

Over all was a super great experience, my family enjoyed and it was such a happy family experience, will come back in winters too

Staff and facilities were great. Our room had ants. The one TV didn't work. The room above us was noisy throughout the stay and even during quiet hours. Seemed like a nice place but our stay was not the best experience.

The cleanliness of the room was not top-notch. We had a few issues and had to call for someone to come and take care of them. The room itself was okay, but for over $400 a night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Another thing I really did not like was having to pay extra for parking after already paying so much for the room. The parking is just an outdoor lot,not a garage or covered parking with any additional amenities,so the extra parking charge felt unnecessary. Food and other items inside the resort are also very expensive. Thankfully, I prepared ahead of time and brought what my family needed, so we did not have to spend much on food there. Would I visit again? Yes, because the kids had a great time, but only if I found a really good deal. At the regular price, I don’t think the overall experience matches what you are paying.

My main complaints were about the room. The TV was above the fireplace and the screen had a strong purple tint, probably from the heat, so it was difficult to watch. The pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm, the mattress wasn’t great, and the mattress protector had several tears. Other than those issues, everything else was good. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars and would recommend it for families.

My room was ok , but Tv didn’t work at first maintenance came and fixed it .I ordered some food from the restaurant ,wasted my money it was awful… and the patrons were rude . Won’t be going back

There are long lines at check in. They are not eager to help you. The housekeeping only cleans properly if u tip them. The restaurants are dirty and always crowded. They charged 270 dollars on my card after my check out and didn’t send receipt .
