Really nice place to stay and enjoy multiple activities: waterparks, zipline, tubing, golf and many others. Clean rooms and nice staff! It was really tough to find parking. We had good relaxing time and will come back for winter skiing!

The experience was further marred by two instances of the fire alarm sounding, which unfortunately woke my baby granddaughter and 5-year-old granddaughter. Dining at the waterpark was equally problematic; we waited an unacceptable 140 minutes for our food order. Upon inquiring, we discovered the food had been ready but left unattended, with the explanation that a pager had been used, despite it never alerting us. Consequently, the French fries were cold and soggy. Beyond these issues, I found the resort offered very limited activities suitable for younger children. Given these numerous shortcomings, I cannot recommend Camelback Resort. I would advise others to save their money and seek alternative accommodations. My experience was, without exaggeration, a 0 out of 10.

The resort has a lot of activities to keep families busy while having a great time! We had so much fun at the indoor and outdoor waterpark, the zip line, and mountain coaster! The hotel is good, but during the day while you’re out they do not come in your room to clean or replace basic things. You have to put your trash in the hallway when you want it emptied, and you have to call down to the desk if you need to replace towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. That part was very frustrating. There is no coffee maker in the room so bring your own if you don’t want to go to the coffee shop in the lobby every morning.

There's really nothing else to do in the summer unlike winter, when you can either ski or indoor water park

They need a good restaurant for a proper dinner! They only have pizza, and that doesn't make for a good dinner.

I have been coming to Camelback for over 10 years, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing visits I’ve had. To start, the wait just to check in was 2½ hours, which is completely unacceptable for a resort. After paying for a stay and a resort fee, I was also disappointed to find that parking is not included. I really don’t understand why guests are charged an additional parking fee on top of a resort fee. The water park itself also did not seem to be maintained at the level I remember from previous years. Several rides were down during our visit, and the lazy river was especially disappointing. Its overall appearance was not good, and it seemed like much of the water flow had been shut off, which took away from the experience. I have continued returning to Camelback for more than a decade because my family and I have enjoyed it over the years. Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to the experience we have come to expect. With the prices guests are paying, I believe the resort needs to improve the check-in process, reconsider the additional parking charge, and make sure the water park attractions are properly maintained and fully operating.

I’ve been there before and my son loves the water park and arcade. But this time I was disappointed because they gave me a room with no balcony and no view at all. In fact it was a very dark room when I paid extra for balcony. Overall the staff is good and very family friendly.

The resort is on the older side. Compared to other places I've stayed like kalahari and great wolf. The bathrooms are moldy need some remodeling for the prices they charge. No complementary coffee. The over all stay was ok. I would've felt more comfortable in a more updated place. The arcade is older as well. The only thing included in my stay was the indoor water park which was mid. The plus is they have an additional outdoor water park but was at an additional cost to our stay the lines were long and the rides were ok. Came for my son's birthday cool experience, would I do it again ? No,I feel i would've gotten a better bang for our buck elsewhere and that's kid centered especially on their birthday .

Bed damage in the room and no coffe maker

It’s family friendly ofc and the staff is super nice and friendly eh as for breakfast the many options it’s just dinner that is limited and you can bring your own food they won’t say nothing yes the room is clean my room kinda smelled like dog because it’s dog friendly now but overall it’s. Good places to bring your kids
