Value for money, location, connection to various landmarks. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Summer stays are hot, and I requested a fan in my room; I was provided with quite a strong one, which made the stay extremely comfortable at night. The bed was comfortable; they also provided me with a thin sheet in addition to a comforter so that I could choose as per my preference.

Location is ideal for travelling into the city and out the nearby Nymphenburger Scloss. Lots of activity on the Square. Staff were great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable Unavoidable traffic noise
