The location, the cleanliness, the staff I actually dont have much to complain about but it would be nice if we can get least coffee machine in our room for example

nice little hotel on the outskirts of Munich. walking distance to s-train station that can take you right into town. we had an apartment with AC (which was important as it was hot) and all facilities were super clean. breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious and it was really nice to have a beautiful sauna and relaxation section as well. Extra points also go to a lounge with a self-service drink bar. The staff was very helpful. Free parking was of course great, but the exit from the garage was extremely tight so was a bit difficult to get out. So recommend checking first before driving in.

Staff was exceptional! The bed was super comfortable. Close to bus and S Bahn. Gas station right next to hotel which was super convenient. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are well furnished, very clean. There was even a complementary beer and water. The beds are on the hard side but still ok.

Every Oktoberfest I stay here with friends. Due to the price, I couldn't book the room I usually get. It was very nice of the hotel to upgrade my and my friends' room to what we used to have. Thank you.

Location is excellent, great bed and shower. Fridge at room did not work. When I requested to get it fixed I was told that they couldn't, and that the fridge was supposed to be used for the beverages the hotel provided. Not very polite and quite unusual.
