Great hotel close to the metro

The location is next to the Moosach Bahnhof. It is just a few hunfred meters from a Rewe store. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Rooms are a bit larger than expected and though no AC, there was a heater and a fan. The fridge was adequate but not too cold. The iron was exceptional. Water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was large and comfortable. The syaff were friendly, knkwledgable and helpful. Good pricw too. The fridge was only just cold, not cold enough for milk or yogurt. Maid service was available but it had to be requested. In three nights, I did not have any maid service.

Very convenient location next to public transport. Also shops nearby to obtain food. Quiet location and a good value hotel. The room was hot with no air-conditioning and the fan provided was very noisy. The windows could be opened which helped. Also had to request bowls which I felt should also be a basic along with the other crockery and the microwave was positioned too high for safety when dealing with hot food.

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff Parking at € 20 / night. Check-in was pretty slow

Good location, close to public transportation (towards the city center/main train station and airport), quiet area.

Clean, Quiet Hotel! Nothing!

The location is just a short walk from the train and bus station. There are many places to eat and shop just a few minutes walk away. The room is larger than expected and has large windows that open. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette is more than adequate. Large TV in the room. Great shower with soap and shampoo. I would have liked a washcloth.

No daily cleaning

Very spacious rooms with everything we might need during our stay. Feels like a mini apartment. Cozy, warm, clean, everything was new. Great breakfast! A bit costly but really good. Everything was good. I loved my stay and will come back again

You get a good property for the price you paid, also is only 5 min to the train station and you can get to Marienplatz in 25 min. The door if a bit tricky to open at the beginning but the rooms are clean and comfortable even for 2 people so if I have to come back to München this would be my sure choice.

Perfect location close to public transport — train, tram, and bus. We booked a family room, which was spacious, brand new, clean, and very well organized. It even had complimentary drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was excellent, and the neighborhood is peaceful, located within a quiet residential area. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect

Super helpful staff! Lovely to have a little kitchen in the room. Really awesome shower! The rooms are warm. But they provided a fan for me.

It’s in a pretty quiet, residential area with restaurants and the subways relatively close. The breakfast was good. Because it is hotel/apartment style hotel you don’t really have the customer service feel of a normal hotel. The rooms are pretty small, no luggage racks I would not recommend if you are not comfortable taking the subways

Very nice neighborhood, pet-friendly, clean, underground parking, plus complementary beer and water in fridge.

Nothing that I didnt like

Everything. The roof Terrace is excellent and 24/7 open. Sit down,get your coffe and enjoy the view. Clean, parking poss around (not in the garage - 18€ per day),bike parking. Room modern with welcome drinks. Sound proof room. Only one thing: we didn't use it, but the ventilation did not work or we din´t know how to switch it on.

The rooms are of a good size, fully equipped with iron, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. It is a short walk, less than 10 minutes from the U and S barn train station and bus terminal. Just a couple hundred yards from a grocery store. A short walk from the center of town, just on the other side of the train station where there are many places to eat. On a quiet street away from highways. The airport is about 20 minutes by train. About 20 minutes to the center of Minich by train. No air conditioning, so with the 80° heat, the room was 80° well into the night. A window was able to be opened but no breeze. There is some ongoing construction next to the train station and some noise during daytime/business hours
