Comfortable rooms Ac not working in one room

The aparthotel is located outside the city centre, but it is very well connected to the rest of Munich. Several public transport options are within walking distance: U-Bahn, S-Bahn, buses and trams, making it easy to get to different parts of the city. The direct S-Bahn connection to the airport was especially convenient, particularly when travelling with luggage. There is also a large Kaufland supermarket, a dm drugstore and a restaurant right next to the aparthotel. The apartment was spacious, cozy, clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed, four pillows, a medium-firm mattress and effective blackout curtains. The air conditioning worked well, and together with the excellent soundproofing, it made the apartment comfortable despite the railway tracks being very close by. With the windows closed, we could barely hear the trains. The shower had good water pressure and a consistent, comfortable temperature. Shampoo, hand soap and dishwashing liquid were also provided. The kitchen had the basic essentials for preparing simple meals or heating food, including a small fridge, stovetop, microwave and extractor fan. We particularly appreciated the spacious, enclosed wardrobe, which provided enough place for clothes and suitcases. There is a dedicated laundry room on the third floor, where guests can use the washing machines for an additional fee, with detergent and fabric softener provided. There is also an ironing board and iron available free of charge, as well as a vending machine with snacks, water and other drinks. After staying for a certain period, guests can also get fresh towels from a designated station. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and it was particularly well suited to a longer six-night stay. Our apartment did not fully match the photos on the booking website. We later found that there are two similar types of apartments, and ours was located at the very end of the floor. It was very quiet, but there is a fairly long corridor leading to it. The kitchen had only the basics, so having some vegetable oil, salt, pepper and basic spices would have been helpful. There were also only small amounts of tea, coffee and sugar. A small waste bin in the bathroom would also have been convenient. The sofa was not very comfortable, and a few extra cushions would have made it more comfortable to sit and relax. With the windows open, the room can be quite noisy due to the nearby railway tracks, and you can hear the passing trains. However, the good air conditioning makes it easy to keep the windows closed. We stayed for six nights and were told that the room would be cleaned and the bed linen and towels changed after the third night. However, no one came during our stay. We did not really need the cleaning and could get fresh towels from the service room, so we managed without it and did not contact reception.

All kind of city transports just stop outside the Hotel, so super connectivity. Perfect airconditioning, even in the 35 degrees heat of summer. Major Grocery/utility stores just outside the Hotel. Kitchenet should be better equipped. Hotel offers no Restaurant. The neighborhood is not upmarket and does not has any good quality cafes.

Proximity to train station, staff was friendly and helpful Original pillows could have been better, but they gave us better ones when we asked.

Overall experience was good. Location, nearby shops accessibility, Friendly staff and quite place suitable for family. Hand/face tissues missing in the toilet. In rooms with kitchen some more utensils to cook would be helpful.

Location: In a lively neighborhood. It's not in the city center, but it's well connected by public transportation. Air conditioning: Worked very well. Cleanliness: Overall fine. We may have just been unlucky, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Room size: Spacious and comfortable. Facilities: Great. There was a shared kitchen, washing machine, and iron available for guests to use. Staff: Fine, but they could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly

Loved the setup wit the kitchenette, mattresses were super comfortable, and it was a great value for the money. The room and corridors didn't smell great, and the hairdryer was a fire hazard.

Second day my stay I found a small insect in my room. I told that to a receptionist, he promised that the next day the room will be properly clean, but it wasn’t cleaned at all. The room should be cleaned every three days, but it was only cleaned once on third day, on the 6th housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Bad hygiene, hopefully the insect wasn’t the bedbug.

The hotel was very close to several means of transportation and several grocery stores where we could buy food for the kitchenette. This made it very convenient for our purposes. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped. There could have been a few more bowls, hot pads for removing things from the microwave, etc. but we managed with what was provided.
