The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel is a bit far from central Munich, but the metro station is nearby, and it only takes a few stops to get into the city centre. There is also a shop close by. The kitchenette was smaller than I expected and not fully equipped. When we arrived, the dishes were dirty, so we had to wash them before using them. The walls were a little scuffed around the doors, but otherwise everything was clean and nice.

Good sized room, aircon, powerful hot shower, decent value and excellent reception staff. Better pillows and a free coffee would tip it towards outstanding.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean, and everything else met our expectations . The only issue was the bed. It appeared to be two single beds pushed together with a double mattress topper. The beds kept moving apart and the metal legs made loud scratching noises against the floor whenever we moved. It was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the bed was so unstable that it wasn't suitable for a couple. Unfortunately, it took away from an otherwise pleasant stay....

Interesting experience. Reception was great, room well renovated. Breakfast was vegetarian. Location was easy to find and parking place was available. Sound from the neighboring business.

Warm welcome by the receptionists. The room was fairly basic, but had everything that you need. The beds were comfortable. I liked the possibility for private parking at the hotel for €15. From the hotel we walked towards the U/S bahn to explore the city with public transportation. Good wifi. Everything was okay. Location is a little bit outside of the city centre, but that is convenient when you arrive with a car (no need for driving into the city centre and finding a parking spot).

The reservation process. Wrong description for booking options: the hotel indicates pets are allowed, but when we checked in, the receptionist indicated only dogs. We are cat carers. Isn't that racism? The room was not thoroughly cleaned, we found a used tampon under the bed. Parking indications were not as described on the hotel facility options. The view from the balcony is to a coffee roaster company along with a constructions site. This should be clearly indicated since the prices are increased for booking with a balcony option. The a/c never worked and it is the same for all rooms, so NO A/C should be clearly indicated. Toilet paper is also too cheap for a go green environment. Last but not least, booked for a fridge that was fixed to a temperature, and the medication I had to keep cooled was damaged by this.
