The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier than expected. They answered all of our questions and were always helpful. The apartment is only about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed spending the evenings in the peaceful inner courtyard The only downside was that we could hear the neighbors during the day, but fortunately it was quiet in the evenings and at night

Location and staff The carpet, walls, shelves and bathroom was dirty, there’s was hairs on the beds. Our check in was at 2pm and we came at 4pm and our room still wasn’t ready.

Receptionist understood our issue what seemed to be a regular occurrence. The building appears to be a converted office and has zero room sound insulation. We could hear normal conversations from neighbouring rooms as if they were in ours. The room was not clean there was blood on our room floor, the bathroom was dirty, and worst of all, the bed had bed bugs. We left the same day. The owner initially promised a refund, but has since ignored all emails, and we have now logged a formal complaint with Booking.com. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
