Everything was great, delicious breakfast ( my daughter was impressed by the Nutella machine), friendly stuff, fresh towels every day. The bathtub was a bonus - just a perfect way to relax after sightseeing tour around Munich ✨ Nothing

Small hotel and located nearby train station, value for money, close to mini and supermarket (dm and Edeka) Few Cafeshop in surrounding area. Friendly staff and by accidentally met Indonesian front desk staff, she is very helpful

Great small garden to have fantastic breakfast at, cosy and clean room, great location next to public transportation, generally quiet area conducive to restful sleep There was a bit of confusion in regards to sustainability efforts - you can refuse the cleaning but there’s no sign to notify housekeeping, it’s supposed to be done via reception. After the first night I did ask to skip it, but seems it didn’t get to housekeeping as room was cleaned and the bedding changed. There’s also strange availability of complimentary drinking water in the room - some days it was replenished, some days it was not, and otherwise minibar was empty so there was no opportunity to purchase in case complimentary wasn’t available. My room had a gorgeous terrace with garden furniture but it was impossible to be there during the day as there was no umbrella and it was scorching (it might be due to local regulations on building appearance)

The aircon was a HUGE bonus during that heat wave weekend. 12 pm check out is very generous. We didn't have the breakfast but it would have been convenient. It was great to head into the U-Bahn elevator on the street level just outside the hotel, and connect to the U-Bahn stop right away (I needed to go to Westpark for a concert and chose the hotel because of its proximity).

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, it was fun to walk around and people watch, and theres a little ice cream shop nearby if you want a tasty treat. ATM machine conveniently located close to the hotel. The room was very clean and, though simple in decor, nicely done. Plenty of closet space, a safe, a desk, an armchair. The bedding felt soft and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all helpful and kind. The parking garage under the hotel is small and very tight getting into with our SUV. It was full when we arrived, so we had to find parking on the street and pay at a kiosk. I was counting on using hotel parking, so that was a real frustration for us. After a long day of traveling, struggling to find parking and hauling all our luggage several blocks to the hotel was not fun.

Overall, the hotel was generally comfortable. Felt like it was a good business trip type hotel. Great breakfast. Room was generally comfortable. Could have used another pillow. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but helpful. Parking and checking in a little difficult. Not easy to park. Hotel has a really small parking lot underground, but not a lot of availability. Was able to park at hotel last night but first two nights it was full and had to find a parking garage far away and trek back to hotel. Hotel located in a more residential area. Not really close to anything especially restaurants and everything closes up early (even the hotel bar for food) except the McDonalds a couple blocks away.

Room space Drive way to parking garage was extremely narrow and hazerdous. Your car may not fit! There are other otions.

On this trip I selected a single Urban traveler room and it was a bit tight with plank flooring. It was on the first floor right at the corner of the building above the entrance so I could hear cars starting and stopping at the intersection as well as people talking as they came and left the hotel. In the past, I've booked the comfort room size and it has space for a chair and is carpeted so was a bit more comfortable.

Location and transportation access
-
Nicely appointed and good breakfast. Too far away from airport and no evening meal option.

Mostly everything. So very far away from the airport and not many restaurants nearby.
