City Center Clean and very comfortable, breakfast is tasty

Easy to walk to from the train station. Some of the stores around the area were questionable. The room was clean and quiet. I would have liked a refrigerator and a microwave. Small bathroom. Breakfast was great with many options. Key card kept getting deactivated.

Close to Marienplatz, about 10-15 min walk Immediate surroundings are not a good part of town.

The baggage storage service paid for and the early check-in and great breakfast for us. They reflected the hospitality of the Germans very well, everyone works very happily.

A lot of street noise, men loitering at all hours outside the hotel, garbage cans outside by the front door

The neighborhood is something that I would say full of refugees and therefore filled with bums and people trying to survive, lots of construction around the center railway station of Munich, traffic complicated, but taking public transport good and fast connections in all directions.....

The room was quite isolated on the top floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service throughout most of my stay and only started working on the last day, which made climbing six floors every time really exhausting

Very nice inside, very nice room & bath Location for a solo traveling older woman wasn‘t ideal. Many foreign men hanging around outside, and all down the street from the train station.

Room was comfortable, good access to places to eat and get groceries near by, and close to the train station. Helpful staff especially with looking after the cases pre and post check out. Lift could have worked.

The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable and located in a central area. The area is busy but we always felt safe.

Good hotel to stay for a night.

Location Little Yemen neighborhood Too much tobacco

Walking distance to the Oktoberfest grounds. Breakfast was great and the staff there were good. Neighborhood is not the best. Bed sheets were ok but some towels looked gray. Carpet on floor in room was stained and old.

Staff was helpful. Location is good especially for the Oktoberfest. The elevator went up to the 4th floor, but wouldn't go down from the 4th floor. I stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and there were elevator problems then also. The underground parking is about 2 blocks away.

Affordable hotel with all facilities in city center Safe was not working, there was no one available to fix it when I enquired at the reception

Location was convenient Phone didn’t work couldn’t call reception, bed was very hard, pillows were so small and thin. For the price of hotel they can do better. Breakfast wasn’t included. Hot in room, couldn’t keep windows open bc the street was so loud.

There was street noise at night, indicating that the windows are not fully soundproof. The hotel does not have its own parking, but it has an arrangement with a nearby parking garage. However, you need to walk a short distance to reach the hotel, and the surrounding roads are a high-traffic area.

Not much The staff were very rude and not helpful. A/C did not function and it was 25 degrees in the room. We were given broken fans and no compensation. Location was very sketchy but close to central station.
