Nice and clean, good breakfast, No fridge in the room, triple room no space, no water glass provided, no water bottles, pizza and pasta from frozen cooked and priced meals very expensive

The breakfast was very well run. Well appointed, well staffed and attended to. Nothing ran out because everybody did such a good job. Well done! Maybe the location, but Munich is a big place and for the money, this hotel was great

The sink was broken, yet staff could not relocate us to another room. The breakfast area is overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to find a seat. The overall experience was poor, and the food itself was not good. It was a disappointing stay.

The room was a bit too small for 3 adults, but everything else was really good, so we didn’t really mind it!

Good location to easily get the train into Munich. Hotel was clean and breakfast was included. The bed had a huge divit running the whole length of one side of the matress. It was easy to roll into it at night and almost off the bed. There was no remote control for the tv and we did ask for it at reception but it never appeared. Not a big problem as we were mostly out of the room but it would have been nice.

Excellent breakfast. Nice and clean room. Absolutely worth the price There was no 'Do not disturb' sign, only a 'Please clean'. And even though we didn't placed the sign, we had like 3 people knocking on the door to clean in every half an hour or so, when we just wanted to relax. Then we left a room card in the holder to charge our phones and went to breakfast. When we returned, the room was clean but the card was taken. I think a lot of people would prefer not having their room cleaned for short stay like 3 nights. Some small wardrobe or storage would have been nice.

No room service and we could not get cutlery when requested . Additionally room was not cleaned even after we informed on reception and got a confirmation . The kettle and bathroom both were not clean . No room service at all
