The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is conveniently located very close to public transportation, including the bus stop, tram station, and train station, making it easy to travel around Munich. The breakfast was quite expensive for what was offered. If breakfast is included as part of a room deal, it may be worth it, but purchasing it separately does not provide good value for money. The variety and quality were average and did not justify the additional cost.

It was a clean, modern, near to many types of transportation such as train, tram and bus. Our room was far from the elevators right at the end of the hotel and it was a large hotel.

The front-office team operates at a notably high professional level, delivering seamless service with genuine care. Viktoriia, in particular, exemplifies best-in-class hospitality - attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently proactive. The hotel’s inner courtyard is another standout: a well-designed, tranquil space with thoughtful zoning that caters to diverse guest preferences, from quiet relaxation to informal meetings. Housekeeping, however, showed room for improvement. When requested after three days, the service was limited to trash removal and linen changes; hard and soft surfaces were not dusted or wiped, and the room lacked the fresh, clean aroma one expects at this level.

Location next to Sbahn which was very convenient both for the city centre and the airport. We had stayed back in 2019 and decided to stay again with my husband and our son because I remember how nice hotel it was and it did not disappoint. Very clean room and hotel and I respect the policy of offering housekeeping service only upon request the day before. The breakfast was top notch and the mini croissants were even better than the ones we had in France. The staff is exceptional too. Nothing.
