Automated check inn Bathroom with glass wall kills the privacy

Clean, all was ok, check in uncomplicated, good location

The location was near the forest, i was 30 min.walk to marienplatz There was no reception. After finishing the online check-in, the hotel did not send any mail regarding the digital key. Upon calling the number on the site, the staff was not helpful at all and started screaming out of nowhere. Totally disrespectful. Also, the bed was not comfortable. The cleaning was conducted once you left the room. There was no coffee machine/kettle, etc. and there was nothing in the vending machine.

Really comfy bed and mostly quiet, no street noise occasionally helicopter noise from the nearby hospital

Self check in worked well and basic accommodations in a central location to the train that was quiet at night. Nowhere to store luggage during the day and no staff present for assistance in case it was needed.

The front desk staff was friendly and nice. There was no elevator and lots of stairs. Difficult if you have luggage. We had the quadruple room where the bathroom had a glass side that the other people ingats! the room can see you when showering.

The bathroom setup was uncomfortable. A large window from the main room looks directly into the bathroom, so anyone walking by or hanging out could see you using the toilet or shower. This lack of privacy was a major issue for us in enjoying the room.

Located in a very nice and quite area. Super close to the metro station.

The hotel is near enough to the city centre and to many public transport stops. The neighborhood is nice, plenty of things to do, even if it's residential. Parking is a nice plus, but remember to reserve in advance. The room was big for 4 people, with enough space and privacy between the two sleeping areas. The hotel was quiet, plenty of natural light, the rooms exceeded our expectations. We didn't know the breakfast was not included, but that's on us for not reading everything over properly. That being said, the breakfast bar is right there in the courtyard.

N/A I booked this hotel through booking for August, 2024. Reservation was made and confirmed on February, 2024. I also contacted property asking for early check-in and just to confirm that everything is ok night before our stay. They replied to me and didn't say anything's wrong and that they are waiting for us to stay at their hotel. On the day of supposed stay, we had early morning flight from Vilnius, Lithuania to Munich, and after long journey we finally reached this hotel and to our surprise, the reservation was not in their system, everything is sold out because of Adele's concert (that was our reason for coming to Munich also) and they cannot help us. Just said sorry and bye basically, suggested to book somewhere else. And here we are, sitting homeless in foreign country with our luggage in 30°C heat. We had to stress so much and book something else. They said it's booking's fault but still, they should've been more helpful. Also said replies in messages were automatic but they were not, someone was talking to me and didn't say nothing.
