breakfast is complete and has a lot of varieties Very disappointing experience. We reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel website states that only children over 12 years old are considered adults, and all of our children are under 12. Based on this, we understood that our reservation was valid. Upon arrival, we were checked in without any problem and given our room cards. However, shortly afterward, another reception manager stopped us and said that we exceeded the maximum occupancy of the room, which was limited to 4 people. This was never made clear during the booking process. What was clearly stated on the website was only the policy regarding children and adults. We had also emailed the hotel in advance to inform them that we were traveling with children, and we were told that everything was fine. Despite this, once we arrived they insisted that we book and pay for an additional room. They also refused to cancel or refund our reservation, claiming that because we booked through Booking.com, they could do nothing. After a long and exhausting trip, we were left with no real choice: either leave the hotel or pay for another room. We felt pressured into an unfair situation at the worst possible moment. This stressful and poorly handled experience is the reason for my low rating. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was perfect but the cleanliness was a little bit under expectations, with some dirt on the floor.

Good breakfast and comfortable room.

Everything is good and nice, free flow any kind of hot drink, water at the lobby, nice and many variations of breakfast, nice bed…

We came in expecting Marriott brand: It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Parking felt safe and easy to find. Room was very bright. Kitchenette was fully equipped. The fridge was not noisy - big plus. Free coffee and tea and water were extraordinarily appreciated. The local restaurant was not very expensive Breakfast was all that anyone should want. Helpful and polite staff. Train station very close to the location, also a multitude of supermarkets. ( lidl - 250m ). Walls are relatively thin. Luckily the family next door went to sleep at 23. Kitchen appliances and furniture despite being varied and well thought off, saw better days. Much better days actually. They were functional, yes but worn out. - room 4014. Some light bulbs were burned out but we decided not to press the issue as it was not a showstopper. The shower separator in the bathroom opens over the toilet. We just thought it was weird. What was unacceptable and I could have lived without any of the issues above was the air quality in the room. That was abysmal. We left our iPad on the table and in a matter of minutes it had a thin layer of particles over it. Unbelievable. The AQI is not great in Munich, but some basic particle filters should be enabled in the heating/ cooling system.

Clean I noticed 4 days later that the hotel had charged my again and I paid 149 EUR plus another 149 EUR which I paid through booking.com. I called in 20/11/2025 at 3:40 PM Germany time (CET), and I was informed that the money was refunded due to a “human mistake”. However, I have not received any refund in my account yet. Please send me the refund confirmation and all related details. This situation is very disappointing. If I had not checked my account, this issue could have easily gone unnoticed. When I arrived, I asked your colleague why my account number was needed, and he told me it was for the security deposit. I was not aware that I was being charged twice. This security deposit was also not indicated on Booking.com. Please improve your service and train your staff to be more careful with bookings and financial procedures, as mistakes like this can lead to serious concerns and potential fraud cases.

The shower had mold

the selection of breakfast is superb. We enjoyed our stay. My kids appreciate the size of the room. The shampoo and body wash smells good too :) the location is easy access for train and other public transportation. just a simple thing like our hair conditioner was empty.
-
Unfortunately, I order to get two beds, one had to be a sofa bed.
-
The staff were good and welcoming. The place is close to many restaurants and cafes The cleanness of the room needs to be improved. Also, the towels need to checked before putting them in the rooms.
-
The pillows were not comfortable
-
The hotel feels quite old and in need of renovation. The doors are scratched and the furniture looks worn, which affects the overall cleanliness impression. Basic amenities were missing in the room — such as tissues, slippers, and other essentials — and I had to request them separately

Parking not free 20 euro per day We found the blanket dirty so I call the reception to find a solution and she just say the cleaning staff left. She changed our room to smoking room which is worse than the other , we stayed outside the room like 10 minutes, however she didn’t denied the hotel was dirty. And I can’t believe they can’t do upgrade for all of this..
