Hotel Concorde München

I had submitted a review previously on an earlier stay that wasn't very positive. The room we were given this time was much better. But I have to comment on how accommodating the staff was in allowing us to check in early both times. Much appreciated!

Good location, but an extremely cramped room and the tiniest elevator I've ever seen. Also, the water pressure in the shower was only a trickle.

The room was cute and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was a bit expensive but delicious. They didn’t have Air conditioning, which during the summer makes for an unpleasant time.

Rooms were comfortable and good breakfast. They had gluten free options and dairy free milks for breakfast

The location was great. It was easy to walk to the popular places and less than a block to catch the subway to the train station. The beds were very comfortable and there is AC. The best part of the stay was the breakfast! There was a fully stocked breakfast bar with many choices to choose from. Someone was always in the dining area clearing plates and bringing you coffee and anything else you needed. The view of the construction outside my window. But not anything that the hotel can control.

Easy check in, welcoming staff, great breakfast, air conditioning ( it was record breaking temperatures)and comfortable beds Minor but no where to sit your toiletries in the bathroom.

Breakfast The bath tub has no place to put your bar soap. There is only liquid soap installed at the bath and lavatory. Which is hard to accept the quality. No shelf to put your toiletery. Only a narrow one… You have to wait at least 6-7 mins for the elevator.

Close to everything - very conveniently located. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good air conditioning in the rooms. Soundproofing in the rooms was good too.

No customer service. Had to ask to bring bags to room and they just dropped in hall. Did not show us anything about thr room No soap in shower the first night and they do not make the bed each day????

The cost doubled from last week

Loved this little hotel!! A/C was able to go ice cold which is how I like to sleep at night. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options both hot and cold. Location was ideal, 3min walk to all of the things and off the main strip enough where it was not loud or crowded downstairs. Nothing to say here, it was great.

Everything exceeded our expectations especially the room setup. We travelled with two little kids and their bed was made, candy was there, activity kit and kids soaps. The best was everyone engaged and kept the kids taken care of so me and my wife could relax and enjoy. Location is optimal and near all major sightseeing spots. Will stay again next time in Munich. Everything was great nothing to dislike.

The location was great. Staff were pleasant. The hotel was dated and not clean. The carpet and wall coverings in the hallways were worn, counters in the hallways were not wiped down, and there were bugs.

The breakfasts were particularly good with slight variations each day. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The bathroom in the room I was allocated was extremely small There was also no safe in the room which I would have thought would have been a basic requirement these days

The property is in an excellent location. The staff we kind, quick, helpful and approachable. I would advise anyone considering booking a triple room to look elsewhere. They do not offer three beds, rather a sofa which is incredibly firm and uncomfortable. It is not even suitable for kids for a night
