Very good and comfortable room, location is perfect.

The hotel has a terrific garden that we would meet family. In the evening, we often bought in food and were able to enjoy an outdoor table for 6 or 7. These tables are used by the hotel restaurant for bfast bet were available in the evening for pleasant family meals. Nothing….all good. Staff helpful.

Location. Small but well appointed kitchen, nearby grocery store and restaurants. Walking distance to English garden and metro. Too expensive for the level of accommodations. Although it’s possible this reflects inflation in Germany.

The staff were excellent and made every effort to deal with any queries and ensure our stay was comfortable. The location was ideal and a few minutes walk to Marienplatz and the English Garden. Nothing

Liked the location and specious rooms Vehicle access is a challenge due to the ongoing construction and repair work across the hotel. Also, some of the suites have a wall in between dividing the living room with the bedroom making both of these smaller and dingy

The property was really spacious and clean The minus for me was the construction in front of the hotel. You cannot really hear it when the windows are closed, but it was hot and we had to use air conditioning that was blowing the air right directly to the bed that wasn’t comfortable. There is also a restaurant down on the street and it was loud on Friday/Saturday eventing - but same story, we had to decide wether we accept the noice and stay with open windows or enjoy silence but AC will freeze us at night

Staff was nice It was extremely loud with multiple construction sites around. The AC barely worked and the facility is quite old and run down. The smell in the stairways was extremely chemical. I found a cockroach in the gym.
