Well priced and easy to reach by public transport. Room was smaller than it looked in pictures, but was totally fine.

The hotel is located close to the bus and train station, so it is easy to get to the city center. The room was not too big for 3 people, but it was very clean and quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. The mattresses on the beds were very high and seemed too small. As a result, they felt unstable.

Excellent location near the station and clean property with private parking No air conditioning. Fans are provided but very warm in the rooms at night

It was extremely quiet Even though they offered a fan during our stay which we were grateful for, it was not enough.I used to live in Germany and I understand AC does not play a huge part in the cooling of a building but still it was extremely hot and the rooms felt stuffy as well. They have to install AC units all across the hotel in order to make a more pleasant experience during the guests stay.

We stayed 2 nights to explore Munich city centre. We left the car close to the hotel, free public parking since we had a roof top box. Max The AI chat bot via WhatsApp is quite good, answered a lot of questions Hotel check in was smooth. Close to Metro and public transport. The neighborhood is quiet, neighborhood where people live and work (office buildings). Pizzeria inside/connected to hotel. Rooms a bit tight; double beds at one side against the wall. No airconditioning. Breakfast was ok, straight forward, tge usual stuff, no special things or personal service. I actually expected a bit more fancy/personal touch since it was inside a restaurant and the price we paid for the Breakfast. Free public parking, there are not many places, you have to be lucky. The hotel garage is charging like 20 euro per night, max 2 meter height.

Nothing We stayed in a triple room with a bunk bed, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was very small and unbearably hot. The bunk bed was particularly uncomfortable. The ladder was steep, slippery and felt unsafe to climb, while there was far too little space between the upper bunk and the ceiling. Combined with the excessive heat, sleeping on the top bunk felt cramped and suffocating. A fan was provided, but it was so loud, even on its lowest setting, that it was impossible to use while sleeping. The windowless bathroom also had an extractor fan that continued making a loud noise for more than an hour after use, although such a fan should normally switch off after a few minutes. This made it almost impossible to rest. Early in the morning, members of the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the corridor, showing little consideration for guests who were still sleeping. Breakfast was served in a restaurant where several tables were dirty. The food selection was very limited, and halfway through the breakfast service the scrambled eggs appeared to have spoiled after being left in the heat. The staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful. Paying around €150 for such a small, overheated and noisy room, an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe bunk bed, and such poor breakfast and service felt grossly overpriced. I would not stay here again

The room was a decent size, and the location was fine too. The best part was the restaurant downstairs, which offered a great variety of food options. I found the staff to be very friendly, and the breakfast was decent as well. The room could have been a bit bigger.
