The rooms were spacious and clean but lacking A/C Breakfast was plentiful but with doors open to the outside this encouraged wasps into the breakfast area.

Very nice breakfast, sort of living room with games, terrace, nice Biergarten close by, close to the Isar. We arrived with 35 degrees and there was a bottle of water in the room, but it was out of the fridge and pee warm. Why can’t they simply put it in the fridge in the room since there was one??? They had a fan which we could not use is it was super loud. It was impossible to open the windows at night as it was quite loud as well. When I wanted to buy a bottle of sparkling water in the evening they wanted 7 EUR, 30. Crazy!!! The stuff was quite reserved.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt very valued as a guest - thank you! The breakfast was delicious and fresh, really great. Our room was impeccably clean as well! There was even a little haribo on the bed and a welcome bottle of water. Something which is not standard at this price point! I can highly recommend this hotel. Extremely good value for money. There is even a small onsite parking underground garage but unfortunately our car was too big so we were unable to use it - but if you have a smaller car or are simply better than us at navigating smaller spots I‘m sure the parking is a godsend! Everything was great!
