The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern looking. The breakfast was quite tasty and had a good selection of options. The room AC made a whole lot of noise which actually made it hard to sleep well.

The room was very spacious and well appointed, the free minibar is always a great touch from Melia. the electric shades really made the room feel dark. The people from reception were extremely friendly, everyone I talked was helpful in providing dining recommendations and travel advice. I had to be switched rooms since the drain from my bathtub did not work.

Location and people Air condition was not working. The rooms and corridors were too hot. The toilets smell. The breakfast quality was terrible. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The manager was not available in reception. I did not see him at all.

Check-in was extremely slow (30 Min plus). Would recommend to open a separate counter for events.

The bathroom is dirty and built in a very bad way There is no AC so we basically melted in the heat I found a hair on the bed ,, but we changed the room easily so that’s a bonus The hallway smelled like (Henna) which is disgusting

Nice breakfast and good location close to public transport, very good if you office is nearby or for a weekend The room was right above the entrance to the basement carpark which was lit the whole night and the curtains didn't block the light at all which is very inconvenient if you have a light sleep

The window blinds during our stay was not working, since one side of the room has a large floor-ceiling glass window, it was too bright early in the morning that we could not sleep anymore (staff were informed but they could do nothing about it that time, instead offered as a complimentary breakfast). This window from our room also doesn't close properly and there's no railings, I find it as a safety hazard for anyone staying in that room.

Clean and modern. Easy checkin Restaurant closed despite signs and other promotions advertising it was open. Being in an industrial area wasn’t many good food options close.

Breakfast was good Bit too corporate

Amazing view from the window to the park. Room was good, tasty and very diverse breakfast. Water in shower was lukewarm. Maybe there was an additional switch or something, but i did not have time to deal with it or tell the staff.

Its location, kindly staff amd many things were given for free that other hotels will charge lots of money. Breakfast needa to be improved further
