The hotel is clean, modern and has comfortable rooms! It also is pet friendly and has a safe parking. The area is safe, near the Englisher Garten and public transport! The staff is also very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest hotels in town. Located not far from Schwabing and Englischer Garten with good connection via Tram and Metro requires a few minutes to walk. Hire a bike and ride through the Englischer Garten.

Very modern and affordable hotel with gorgeous roof deck and bar, with expansive views over Munich. While located a bit off the beaten track, the hotel has excellent public transport connections to the airport (S8 to Johanniskirchen changing to bus #50 stopping near the hotel), the city (subway #U6 or trams #12 and #23), and the main railway station (various possibilities, with one connection); it’s a breeze to get downtown. It’s also a pleasant walk to “Englischer Garten”, a vast park with several beer gardens. While the rooms are tight, the beds are very comfortable, fortunately a bit on the hard side. There was good lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower facilities are modern, with moderate water pressure. A good breakfast option is in a nearby supermarket across the street which offers sandwiches and good coffee. Staff very friendly. Like other reviewers, we had difficulties with the safe. The reception staff also confirmed that this was not unusual. But it was ultimately fixed.

Perfect if you have to go the concert at allianz arena. It's also not very far from the city center. Beds were really confortable and the hotel really nice Room was a bit small. You barely can open your luggage
