Residence Inn by Marriott Munich Central

We had an A/C unit that was not working and it was really hot in Munich, but the man at the front desk found us a new room that worked great!!! Very thankful.

Room was clean and spacious , with all the required amenities including a great kitchen . Very Central location . Great staff and laundry services . Amazing experience overall . Breakfast could have been better , with a bit more variety. but it was not bad

In the mornings house keeping would make so much sound it would always wake us up very early in the mornings. Also the curtains are not good room becomes very very bright

Breakfast was good. Location was OK, wish it was closer to Marienplatz. Loved the use of umbrellas. Greatly appreciated the laundry facilities! The elevator was to small and to slow.

Location Parking

breakfast was very good, lots of choices; great space with game, TV, and puzzle area by fireplace as well. Decent view. Beds pretty hard though. Didn't use kitchenette, but looked nice. Would have like instructions on getting into parking garage, where, how etc., especially for first-time users in foreign country. Also thought parking was included but was only discounted. Overall nice facility and helpful friendly staff.

Location is a bit far from center. You have to walk a lot or take public transport. Breakfast is poor. The same things every day.

Cleanliness, breakfast Big room ! Hard to find the hotel ! There is a need for a nice big sign outside that lights up at night !

Beautiful, spacious, and very clean room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were also huge playgrounds around the area, which our kid absolutely loved. We had a wonderful 4-night stay. It was quite a walk from the train station.

Excellent location—within walking distance of the train station, with the city center's tourist attractions also easily reachable by foot. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and well-equipped with everything one might need, with the terrace being a nice bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a great accommodation which we gladly recommend. There is also a nice shopping center and a grocery store adjacent to the hotel. nothing to complain about

Clean comfortable stay, within walking distance of grocery, mall and some restaurants. Loved the all day complimentary coffee. The eggs at breakfast were not great and the mattresses are spring instead of memory foam.

Airconditioning was not functioning. Staff gave us two fans but not enough.

Great amenities. We like the kitchen with pots & pans to cook with. We especially like the luggage areas for two, and the bench. We would highly recommend for whoever come to Munich to stay here. Price is reasonable at the time we booked, good breakfast, comfy bed, and it has a laundry facility next to the breakfast area. Cost €4 to do a (small) load of laundry; if you bring your own detergent pods, it will save you €2 from buying a detergent pod from the front desk. The only downside was we need to walk 8-12 minutes to get to the nearest tram or S-Bahn/U-Bahn.

Spacious, comfortable room! Nice staff and delicious breakfast! Everything was perfect!

Cozy, very friendly staff, we felt very comfortable. The Turkish guy at the reception was very helpful and nice. Carpet smell outside rooms is not nice, specially the elevator area
