Location was good for us (close to the main railway station). A guy at the reception was friendly and professional. The room was so hot. It was crazy! No A/C... We had to stay away from the hotel and room until midnight. The hotel was not so tidy and showed it's age. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Internet connection wasn't good on the 5th floor but it was ok on the 4th floor. Breakfast was the same every day and there was no coffee machine. They served coffee in a thermos jar. But breakfast was delicious and fresh- made.

On the 5th floor, the wifi doesnt work.

There was no Wi-Fi at the second floor, no A/C, an used towel was left in the room.

The toilet seat was broken, the room didn’t have any internet connection.

The elevator was not working but the desk clerk carried my bag to the 4th floor. Could not find the wifi password and the room phone was not working to call the front desk to ask. Also could not locate a thermostat for heating the room.

No hot water pot in room. Only one small pillow. Room had misty smell.

Good location and close to metro and old town Room was very unsophisticatedly furnished, was missing possibility to drink coffee in the morning, however it was clean and enough comfortable.

Attending Oktoberfest and the hotel was literally a block away. It was perfect. The shower head was broken so I had to rig it to stay upright. The shower curtain was too long so it had mold at the bottom that I had to step on. Plus, the curtain kept blowing against me. There was mold stains in the grout and some weird stain above the toilet flushing mechanism. The elevator was just big enough for two people with two small bags. No garbage can big enough in the room to hold anything significant like takeout meal garbage.

The beds were very comfortable. Great location within walking distance to the U-Bahn and places to eat. Up on the 5th floor it was quiet. We had a balcony and our friends had almost a suite. The elevator is super tiny. Large enough for 4 people, so getting luggage up to the room was a bit of a challenge. The underground garage driveway is narrow turns 90 degrees to the right. Care is needed to get in and out in a car. I wouldn't try it with a car of any size.
