nothing - comfort - it was a really hot day and the room had just just one fan; despite repeated requests for an additional fan, the management was very callous and ignored our repeated requests ; the window in the room could only be opened a few inches ; should i feel thrilled to let my family suffer for 4 sleepless nights ? The water from the shower drain was backing up all the way to the edge of the bathroom; when asked to fix it, they wanted me send me a video!!Am I your customer or an employee??? any additional stuff like garbage bags or toilet paper had to be picked from the laundry room; I could not find the garbage bags in the laundry , but they replaced the garbage bag one time on night three around 10 pm, we ran out of toilet paper and there was no toilet paper in the supplies room; when i messaged the management, they brush it off saying they are responsible for the initial supplies and the customer is responsible for any additional supplies; THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW

The elevator doesn’t work, our room was at 5 th floor, it was awful! The host doesn’t answer properly!!!

Extremely hot.

The only nice thing was the location, close to the metro. First of all, in the reservation we have pictures with a balcony, and a bigger room, it was fully booked, so they gave us another room, the room was a concrete box, with NO AC UNIT, outside 35 degrees, inside the same!!!! NOT HUMAN to stay like this, the smell in the room as if someone died just won't go away.

Staff attitude sucks.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. It was a self check-in property with no staff on site, but everything was well organized and easy to follow. Initially, there was no fan or AC in the room, but after contacting them, they managed to provide one for us very quickly, which we truly appreciated. Their quick response and support made our stay much more comfortable. Overall, a nice experience and we would gladly recommend this place.

Great Location and staff were amazing ? The bathroom was a bit of a chaos, when you use the shower it was getting totally wet, almost impossible to dry after since the drain was designed wrongly I suppose, and the door was locked automatically without any keys, which made it bit unsafe as anyone could enter the room if they have the code

Lovely place! It’s a small studio, but everything is in perfect condition and super clean. The location is excellent — very close to the main train station and the town centre, making it easy to get everywhere. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and everything was managed smoothly through the app, which worked perfectly.

It is 10 minutes walk to the city center where all the attractions are. And the property is very close to the train Munchen Centrale. Room was so clean and the best part is the keys are wireless thru your phone. No comment.

Close proximity to Uban for travel access , Forum Mall about 5 minutes walk , main rail station about 15 minutes walk . Rooms is a bit small but clean

The apartment was not bad, but I am very disappointed because it was not what I expected. The staff is inattentive, I wrote all day and no one responded to me at all. They could have written that they could not change the room. In short, I booked a room with a terrace, which was supposed to be on a high floor and with a view, as it looked in the photos. Because of all this, I paid a little more, but it turned out that our room was on the first floor with no view. If I had known this, I would have paid less and stayed on a slightly higher floor, without a terrace. Don't let the photos fool you.

Overall stay was good and value for money.

Great space Sheets on pull out couches had stains all over them, but the contact number helped me get them replaced right away and was very helpful.

Rubbish left in corridor, very warm
