Smart Stay Hotel Station

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main train station and right at the entrance to the old town. It was very convenient for getting around the city and exploring on foot. I stayed during an unexpected heat wave, and unfortunately the room did not have air conditioning, only a fan, which made it very warm. This was something I didn't check when booking, so partly my own oversight. The single room was also quite small, and the desk wasn't really suitable if you need to do some work from your room.

It was a very good and central location, you are five minute walk away from the Munich Central Station And 5 minutes in the other direction you are right at the entrance of the old town (about 15 minutes to Marienplatz). The room was small but it sufficed for what I needed. It was clean and cozy. No AC but they provided a fan. The stuff for always super nice and helpful The Wi-Fi just stopped working or it wasn’t able to reach my room so I had no Wi-Fi after the first day of my stay.

Room was very small and dusty, with very dim lights. Balcony looked like it was not cleaned for ages :( We had a 1st floor room overlooking the main road so was noisy. There is no Airconditioning at all in the rooms.

Location is great, just a 5 minute walk from the center and 3 minutes walk from the Central Station. Very clean and descent rooms although small. I stayed at room 316 which faces South. The tram was really noisy and I found it difficult to sleep at night. If you have the opportunity, avoid the rooms facing south.

Very convenient location. Facilities is good enough for the accommodation. Heater in the shower room helps a lot in a cold day. There is a stair in front of the elevator. There is no air conditioner in bedroom.

The best comfortable hotel with best location and staff!!

Great location super close to the main train station but not on a busy street. The staff is also incredibly friendly and very helpful. Rooms are small, but if you aren’t spending a lot of time in them, they are plenty good enough.

The staff were all helpful. No coffeebar in the room.

24 hour opened tea room

The hotel is close to the main train station and the old city. The room was quite clean and the shower was good. I had a room facing the street, which was very noisy for most of the night. Earplugs weren’t enough. The bed was too firm. The staff didn’t ask me or tell me anything about the noise. If you stay ask for a courtyard room.

I like everything I came here 5 times but I want a thing to make couple rooms like a king bed rooms

Location was ideal for me

The location was very good, and the facilities and equipment seemed quite new. However, the place was extremely dirty. It was obvious that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable using the towels. Already in the lobby, there were several potted plants that were completely dry and withered, which immediately gave a bad impression and suggested a general lack of care. When a place looks like this in the lobby, it unfortunately reflects what you can expect in the rooms — and that assumption turned out to be correct. The toilet was not properly cleaned, and based on that, I seriously doubted the cleanliness of the bed linens and towels as well. Even the coffee table in the room had clearly not been wiped and was covered in dust.

Location, price, staff You got about two minutes in the shower before the water overflowed the catch.

Tiny little hotel in a very convenient location to both the main train station and several U-bahn stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very cold, if you set the temperature higher it doesn't work.

Everything, very clean , so comfortable,the staff it’s very kind and helpful, I come every month in munhen and this it’s my favorite place to stay my girlfriend love the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
