The bed was amazing, soft duvet and perfect pillows.

Friendliness of front desk staff. Room was ready when we arrived from an overnight flight from USA. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options, which was greatly appreciated. I also liked the availability of candy at front desk when I needed a little something. Lighting in room not sufficient to apply make-up. Need additional signage to direct guests to room. We walked by it the first time, but had no other problems. When renovating room 316 ( room we had) may I suggest making the space holding TV and mini bar closer to back wall to give room more space. Please move room safe from bottom spot in closet as it is hard to check that I retrieved my valuables without kneeling on floor.

Uncomfortable beds, like sleeping on the floor. I extended a room before knowing that, otherwise i would never extend. They wanted to kick us out of the room because they were not informed i extended the room. Literally sending a bouncer to tell us to get out. I went to reception to complain and girl there laughed saying well of course check out is long time ago. Till she saw i extended the room and switched her attitude. So unprofessional behavior and so rude! Room service doesn’t work till 12 so forget about ordering breakfast to the room, coffee or anything else on the room before. Also first 3 days they didn’t clean our room, till i started complaining so after they were cleaning it. We stayed 6 nights. Never staying here again!

Check in was pretty smooth, rooms are okay part of the hotel building was closed for renovations, thus you might hear a bit of noise the room size is a bit small and that might be due to the design of the washing area and the bath tub corridors are so dark which does not give you the feeling of a luxury despite the hotel is 4-5 stars parking lot is bit expensive, i remember paying around 4 euros for less than 30 minutes parking!!! this definitely should be free for the hotel guests

The service was on another level. The staff is so friendly and service-oriented, feels like a friend. Always with a smile and willing to help. The hotel is nicely designed, with the small details in mind. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic. The room was very spacious (but take into consideration that the twin beds are tiny). They were renovating the lobby while we were staying there.

The music from the restaurant was too loud it keep my dad up all night and we had meetings both days.

Arrived late at night, greeted at reception by a very welcoming friendly team of staff and offered a complimentary drink! Bedroom was upgraded from what I had booked! Superb breakfast with lots of choice although pricey at €42 but you can eat all you like (both plentiful selection of hot and cold foods), amazing smoothies.... and no one rushing you to leave the dining room. Great cocktails in the bar and super atmosphere too. Pool, spa etc great! Don't miss a visit there - fab comfy areas to chill and enjoy a drink after a sauna, steam, spa treatment or swim. Nice gym for individual workouts. Bedroom stunning - so funky and the spa, pool etc amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Tram stops outside the hotel and only 5 stops to city center. Honestly the only issue was I do not like using air-con & as the weather was amazing I slept with the window open to enjoy the fresh air - but the hotel is on the street and exceptionally busy and therefore noisy with traffic including the tram running throughout the night! I had to give in and close the window and use air-con.... but worth it to enjoy such an amazing hotel.

Loved the design of the hotel, the rooms, the library. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a nice view towards the city. It is quite far from the city center (30mins walk) and that meant we had to rely to public transport or taxis to get around. The breakfast was really nice indeed but outrageously expensive (44 euros per person!)

Beautiful room , great vibe to hotel with excellent facilities. loved the pool area with sauna and massive steam room. Gym is ample size for anyone who wants to keep up there gym routine. Munich Mule is my new favourite drink from the lobby bar .The Izakaya restaurant was 10/10 some of the nicest food I've ever had. The hotel experience was greatly enhanced by all the staff reception/bar/restaurant/spa/cleaners who couldn't be any friendlier or helpful. The only hotel i'll stay in Munich from now.

Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and the gym and spa facilities were great The price of the breakfast was very high so we did not eat at the hotel

Was a little bit farther from the main parts of town than I was expecting, BUT has a bus stop right in front of it
