Excellent location close to a train station in a safe area - convenient to travel into the city or outside of it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. All our requests were fulfilled. Great breakfast with rich choice of options. The room was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

The shower area did not have enough blockage of water with glass partition which resulted mostly the water out of the shower area making the bathroom wet.

Room was exceptionally clean, very well located hotel, nice courtyard. breakfast had a very good spread and lots of options. staff did not inform us on check in that we had breakfast included, we missed breakfast on the first day , but staff made up for it by offering us to pick up some snacks from the pantry.

Everything was awesome. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super responsive. The breakfast was just right and very delicious. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in Germany Hilton Garden Inn Munich was the best. So I wouldn’t really say I disliked anything about the property, but in all fairness we arrived around 4:00 pm and had booked 3 rooms. We got access to 1 room but the other 2 rooms took about 15-20 min to get ready.

Very friendly stuff, extremely clean and excellent breakfast. A great hotel for family travelers. Easy access to old town by taking tram 17 &18. This hotel was very comfortable and it was very practical to have a washing machine accessible as we travelled for 7-days in Europe.

The location was very convenient as the hotel was only across the road from a tram station that offered direct transport to the train station. The shower was powerful too and there was a good selection for breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed an early check-in and late check-out. The edge of the sofa bed for my teenage son - which was metal- stuck out too much and made it uncomfortable to sit on. The pillows didn't offer much support.
